Rooms were full of mosquitoes, wifi never worked, they charged for every little thing, the credit card machine didn't work when we checked out, so we had to use cash.

Pros: The staff was nice and accommodating Sheets in the room were clean Toiletries provided Cons: Dirty pool Not enough lighting by the pools for "night swimming" Dirty comfort rooms Breakfast serving was too little and food was very greasy There were so many frogs at night! I was not sure if they swam in the pool at night when no guests are around :(

Disappointed throughout ”
Apart from the wave pool not working, the water slide not operating and all the water features not working. Just pools of stagnant water festering mosquitos. The gardens would look beautiful and stunning if they were maintained but alas the plants are dying. The main pool looks inviting from afar....but on closer inspection the algy clings to the sides of the stagnant waters....The accommodation would of been nice...originally booked into the Bonifacio Suite, but the decoration and quality of the room was very disappointing, the pongent smell of damp and the poorly maintained aircondition unit. I asked for an upgrade to the New Rizal Suite. Must cleaner and better facilities including a TV. But be aware...no room service, no kettle of coffee making equipment, no cup or glass or fresh drink water in your room. Breakfast is free, there is a choice of 3.. served between 8 and 10am...be aware your breakfast is served at 8am regardless of whether you are there....just sits on the side awaiting your arrival. The staff seem distance and unco - operative, asked for a knife at breakfast to spread butter om my cold toast......In the end I used my spoon as waiting to long for the knife to arrive. Asked a member of staff for a discount due to the amenities advertised were not operational, but was told...no sir. ? I would not recommend this place.

We booked on March 25-26 Good Friday, in one Dormitory room for 20 people. Katipunan room I think. There was just bed and pillow and blanket. There was no amenities at all. No towels, soap, tissue. Yes it was a dormitory booking, but in some cases, at least you should have shampoo on a dispenser (not in sachet), or at least there should be toilet tissues.. There was only two cubicles for shower and two cubicles for toilet, for 20 people,! so what we did was to go to the public toilet and shower so all of us can use the bathroom. Worse, there was no good flow of water for us to take a shower at the same time in the two cubicles. The water flow is practically like urine drops. ! The wave pool was not working. Imagine, it is the season where you expect many people to go to the resort, and yet, the facilities are not fully working? This is poor planning. It was not stated in the online booking. The restaurant is also slow in serving orders. We went to cafeteria at 8am (opening time) to order food. We were told "saglit lang po" to erve the food. The saglit is more than an hour. They served first the other people who entered the cafeteria later than us. When we asked why, we were told that they pre-ordered the food the night before. I think the management should have augmented their operations knowing that they have many room bookings, and it is holiday season. Or they could have been very honest in telling us that it will take an hour to serve the food, so we could have decided to go somewhere else. Though the staff are all courteous but the management as to customer service is poor. I suggest all of these should have bee stated in the online booking. So the guests' expectations are aligned and managed.

disappointing”
its not fun! first of all they don't really know how to deliver a good customer service when we got there though they are pleasant but the receptionist dont know what to do. alright they directed us to the room but the room is not that cozy and comfortable to stay with, you said that it has television daily newspaper but there isn't anything the menu that they gave us didn't match on what they serve they didnt even give us the password wifi till we asked for it! the bathroom is so dirty and the utilities that weve use is not that good such as the bed pillow mattress even the towel its not that nice. we dont really deserve that treatment we came from manila just to stay on that horrible place we really recommend to put out crystal wave on your list.
