Excellent hotel with very good restaurant, rooftop bar & spa.”
We come back Acoustic Hotel after our 03 days 02 nights Ha Long Bay trip recommended and reserved by Acoustic Hotel travel desk. Special thanks to Mrs. May Nguyen who truly help us from the begining to the end of our trip. She reserved for us everything such as reliable airport transfer service, Halong Bay trip, restaurants and alot of helpful information. We ate in their Indigo Restaurantt twice, the food is so good with beautiful appearance. Eclipse Sky Bar is with magnificiant sun set view, covering all around the town. We relaxed in their Indigo Spa after a long day and can not make any complains about it. As a grand openning, they are now offering 20% Discount for in-house guests with any services. Do not miss Afternoon Tea services from 15:00 to 17:00 serving on their 12th Floor. Thank you Acoustic Hotel & Spa, we definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

Fantastic new hotel ”
Beautiful newly opened hotel. The surprise was the two jacuzzis on the rooftop bar. So refreshing after a day exploring the city. Thank you for the room upgrade to a double twin and higher floor room. So comfortable and we had everything we needed. The reception and concierge staff were fabulous and professional. They went out of their way to make our visit run smoothly. We had booked a driver for the airport through reception and were last minute returning from our day exploring the city. We still needed a shower and this was organised and we were given refreshments, then on our way 15 minutes later. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend your beautiful hotel.

What a cozy place in Hanoi! ”
We stayed 4nights a d extended 4 more nights because of the hospitality. The staffs were extremely friendly but not too much. The hotel started a complimentary afternoon tea time with refreshments the day after we checked in. Breakfast had enough fresh selections and we truly enjoyed ordering pho and eggs of our choices that were all included in breakfast. We discovered chic bistro cafes and cleaner street food vendors in a couple of blocks-a very convenient location for us. We walked to many tourist attractions including the Night Market and the church. We would like to come back!

Very friendly staff”
I stayed with my two teenage daughters and we enjoyed our stay so much with the friendly staffs. They accommodated our needs in a timely manner. We discovered our favorite bistro/cafe and my coffee place in 1 minute walking distance. Hotel is very clean and they also started a complimentary tea time at 3:30 PM one day after our arrival. We liked breakfast with the view of the city: They cook eggs of your choice and pho in the morning. Our stay in Hanoi was pleasant and memorable at Acoustic Hotel and Spa.

Best decision for choosing a Vietnam Hotel for first timers! ”
This is our first time in Vietnam and we had a great time. One of the reasons we had is because of the Hotel we choose where to stay. It is very hard where and what Hotel to choose from since they have attractive prices, place & amenities. However, I can definitely and will highly recommend, Acoustic Hotel & Spa! 😊 The staffs are very nice, informative & can speak english very well, special those from the reception desk & their Managers. 😊 Even if we already checked out, they offered to let our baggages be left in the Hotel while we stroll Hanoi. Also, they offered to let us use their bathrooms to freshen up before we go to the airport which is very impressive as we are not their guest anymore but feels like one! We will comeback again to this Hotel once we are in Vietnam!! 😊

Don't be mistaken by the price. My hotel stay was amazing, the staff was excellent and hotel staff helped with my special request to clean the room as needed, since I was working from the hotel. Justin at the front desk was very helpful and an amazing person. He is excellent with what he does. He is very knowledgeable and as asset to this hotel. Will surely stay again

Good hotel ”
A good hotel and a great location. The hotel rooms are very clean and well kept, although the rooms are rather small in comparison to the other hotels around. The staff is okay too. This hotel wasn’t as great as the other hotels we visited around Hanoi. The location is the only convenient part and a reason to book this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend the spa, as for the price they don’t really provide as much as you would received in other places around Hanoi.

Very good. Value for money. Nice buffet breakfast at top floor with view. They have a fitness gym with free weights and treadmill and few machines and bench. They have spa although I didn’t use. Staff fluent in English and helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated and newish. Clean rooms and towel. The in-room wifi works well. My only little issue is if they can have the TV in English as is in Vietnamese so I do not know how to change the settings. Maybe put a note somewhere near TV on how to change it. But was ok as I was too tired to bother with TV. Another feedaback is because due to Covid, it would be good if they can put hand sanitizer near common area like lift lobby, breakfast buffet and gym area.

Wonderful hotel and staff! Room was cozy and bed was super comfortable! Due to Covid, the restaurant and rooftop bar closed. Great views from the rooftop! Ten minute walk to the cathedral and shops! Staff was exceptional! We had 40% off spa massages, and had one of THE best massages ever! Will definitely return! Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

The hotel is a great price and great location and the rooms are very classy. I think it's the most comfortable bed i've slept on in a long time. The staff is always nice and helpful - Justin was there to greet us and help us on check-in, and made things great from the start. Thank you!

awesome hotel with very awesome staff”
We enjoyed our stay here from the first day until the last! The staff is helpful and very friendly, they are very responsive to messages, they speak english well. They took care of us the whole stay from the airport when we arrived, they even booked our trip to Halong Bay and helped us rent motorbikes. They're located in the Old Quarter area near tourist spots so it was easy to go around. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and check in again when I go back to Hanoi!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE”
As if the hospitality wasn’t wonderful enough, the rooms are perfect. Very close to all the attractions in the old quarter, breakfast is insanely amazing, the welcome tea is mind blowing and our stay was beyond perfect. We loved it so much we cut our HaLong Bay trip a night early and booked another room. When we returned from SaPa we stayed at another hotel and we were disappointed because we compared it to our stay at The Acoustic. You will not regret staying here!

Amazing experience, from pickup at the airport to us leaving for a trip to Halong Bay nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities including jacuzzis in the top floor sky bar. Wonderful breakfast with a range of food, all 5* quality. Complimentary afternoon tea and a great selection of cocktails in the bar. Huge bathroom in our room and a great location. Close to St Josephs Cathedral. Wow! Want to stay there again

Although we were born in Hanoi, we have never stayed in the old quarter as tourists, and that's why we tried this time. Acoustic Hotel & Spa was our best decision when it comes to dwelling. Nice hotel with Indochina design, perfect view on the rooftop (no bar unfortunately, due to covid-19), great staff and location, too.

Me and my husband were on a honeymoon in Vietnam and decided to spend some times in Hanoi. Great location, close to tourist attractions and food street. Friendly, attentive staff and service. Love the atmosphere as well as the deco of the hotel. We highly recommend this accommodation and would like to stay here the next time we travel to Vietnam again.

The room was clean and cozy. The staffs are friendly and always there to help. It's very close to the Sword lake, so you can spend some time running/going for a walk. Worth every single penny!
