Pros: Location: couldn’t be more convenient to explore Tokyo or just hangout in the direct area around the hotel Free water in lobby: it’s so convenient to grab water going to and from your room. There’s a complimentary light breakfast of breads and cereal. Can take it or leave it, but it’s nice as an option Free Handy: free cell phone with decent data plan to use in Tokyo. Great to access Google Maps, browse the internet, look things up etc Rooms: small (like all of these hotels), but extremely comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom, safe in room, thermostat Staff: friendly, passable English

Excellent Location & Great Value!”
I’m familiar with Tokyo so I knew the location should be convenient with 2 major subway lines within walking distance. Turned out it is even more convenient than I thought - only 1.5 min walk from subway exit. The area is very lively with lots of food choices, convenience stores and bars around. The hotel itself offers great value with free continental breakfast and free drinks throughout the day. Yes rooms are small as expected, but clean and comfy. Recommended.

The hotel offered everything I asked for and more. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but fully equipped in good taste. Staff was very helpful upon arrival- stored my luggage before check in time and well after check out time. Free continental breakfast was basic but again in good fashion(soy bread, matcha bread, bagel, museli, croissant, orange juice, etc). Due to pandemic, the rate was far below normal and I almost felt guilty taking advantage of the place. Happy to come back when the world is back in motion.

A double size room on the 7th floor with a nice big window. Got a great deal during the New Years. Good staff, good service like free bottled water, tea, coffee all day. Because of COVID, breakfast was limited to continental simple items like bread and cereals. You can take them back to your room to eat them. The major concern is the dust. The carpet is pretty old and dusty. Furniture was a little bit covered in dust when we first checked in.

Room size is small but compared to a lot of mid-sized Tokyo hotels it is very well laid out. Staff is always helpful. Breakfast offerings could be a little better. Overall, the closeness to the transportation hub is great. Lots of restaurant choices in the area as well.

Good hotel location close to food and subway. Room is small as usual per Tokyo standard. Friendly staff and straightforward check in/out processes. Free (but simple) breakfast for all guests. Would recommend to friends.

Hotel is very good but agoda app is not good because before agoda app is included with tax already but now the price is more expensive so sometime I use another app because more cheap agoda app must tell the price included with tax now I feel sad with agoda

Enjoyed the stay overall but as it's a somewhat old hotel there aren't any USB slots and wall electricity slots are scarce.

We stayed at the largest room (27 sq m) for 5 nights, very decent size in Tokyo standard. Hotel is very small and clean you’ll get most of the basic stuff you need. Free flow of bottled water, tea bags & coffee at the lobby throughout the day. Breakfast means light breakfast only serving mini pastries and cereal, so don’t expect the buffet type. 3-4 minutes away from Akasaka Mitsuke station. Loads of restaurants around the hotel but most of them closed on Sunday. And don’t be faked by the photo of the hotel door front, it is located on a one-way street only. Likely to return in my next visit.

Will never stay there again, much prefer the Centurion hotels on same street and one street behind. I was given a smoking room despite my Agoda profile reflecting non smoking room needed!

Avoid this hotel if you can! "Non-Smoking" room turned out to be a Smoking Room! The front desk personnel (male) actually tried to push me into staying in that kind of environment, with no consideration for my health. I had to push back with the help of Agoda Customer service. No integrity whatsoever!!

Nice smaller hotel but possibly could do with updating. Great location we had a fun night at a local pub for our first night in Tokyo. Lots of great eating nearby and a beautiful temple on the hill.

Hotel staffs were friendly and the hotel offers light bread and coffee in the morning. Only issues we had were the room was abit small and and there was not enough space for us to hang clothes. Which was typical for most hotels in Tokyo
