Great women's capsule!!!”
I was a first-time capsule guest and it was great. The staff is there 24/7, you get pjs, toiletries, great shower and bathroom and it just feels safe and welcoming. Perfect for a few nights stay. Would definitely go back!

Good value for facilities and capsule amenities. The showers were far better than expected. Good location, and kind staff. My only wish is there were more amenities in the downstairs lounge. Hot water is provided, but there is no easy cold water access (no sink other than the toilet sink).

This location couldn’t be beat. You were right at Akihabara if you like anime or electronics. The subway and JR Lines were literally steps away.

Great little place near Akihabara station and a short walk from Electric Town. Clean and staff are extremely nice although limited English. My only complaint is the mattress being extremely thin and made for a very uncomfortable sleep which became old fast, given all the walking we did. Lots of amenities provided, definitely use earplugs, as you hear everything.

This hotel is grate location. To close Yodobashi and Animate Akihabara. Hotel is very clean. Staff is very kind. But locker is very small. I must mange item in locker everyday. Some travelers speak and open her bag in her room is very noise.

I really liked this place. There were a few too many rules for my taste but I understand it. The bed was a tad too firm but not a deal breaker. I would visit this place again.

Good hotel with hard bed”
The bed was very very hard (just like sleeping on the floor). Everything was very clean. I especially liked the shower room and the lounge.

Good for a night or two stays. My capsule is on the 2nd floor and shower room is on the 1st. Watch out for the congestion at night to use the shower. You have all the amenities you need for the stay. Locker is big enough to fix a standard carry on luggage. Capsule itself is clean, enough space to move around. However I had a noisy person living on the upper part, would not stop last midnight.

The hotel is perfectly located, very tidy and safe( women-only). But the human service part was overall not that satisfying. There was a Taiwanese or Chinese staff who treats Chinese customers quite differently. There was no clear guide on a lot of details which made some customers confused and make troubles that could have been easily avoided. As a Japanese high ranking hotel I had much higher expectation. I have to say it let us down in the end, and I kind of regret that I recommended this hotel to my colleague on my check-in day. Now I no longer feel this hotel is worth the money and I’ll not come back myself.

Hospitality industry supposed to make tourist feel less uncomfortable in unfamiliar city and country. But this hotel staffs are more care about their rules than helping out visitors. If something wrong with your room, they don’t make it up at all, you just need to suffer the inconvenience even though you pay the same price. Also not fair to the foreigners, more flavors to Japanese. The staffs can be flexible to the Japanese even when they break the rules, but not to Unjapanese speakers.

Staff not helpful. Locker super small”
Caters more for Japanese girls travelling within Japan. I have 2 cabin size luggages, and can only fit 1 into the very narrow locker. It is more to hang clothes. You would have to leave it at the reception, where they do not allow you to pack/unpack (need to carry to lounge at basement). Lounge has no cold water (I guess they expect you to drink tap) and tables are not necessarily cleaned after use. The eating area (with tables) does not have many seats. The staff were unhelpful, everything was no, no, no, even though they give the Japanese smile on the surface. Will never come again.

Dorm feeling”
This was a nice hotel to stay at and in a great location. It is a fun experience if you are traveling with girlfriends and it’s safe if you’re a solo traveler. They close the hotel everyday around 10 to clean and open back up at 4pm. Overall it was a cool experience!

First time in a capsule hotel did not disappoint!”
I’d dreamt of staying here after watching a few YouTube videos about it. I absolutely recommend it to any woman curious about staying in a capsule hotel or in need of budget lodging in the Akihabara area! The staff clearly explained how everything worked when I checked in. It was very clean and the capsule was spacious enough that I didn’t feel claustrophobic. The locker is big enough for your suitcase as long as it fits the local carry-on regulations. I think you can store it in the lobby if it doesn’t fit! Even if you stay more than one night, you can’t be at the hotel between 10am and 4pm, so it’s ideal for a busy trip rather than one where you want to rest or freshen up during the day. The temperature of the capsule was a bit warmer than I usually set my thermostat for sleep, but not uncomfortably so (I’d guess it was in the mid 70s F). I loved my experience and would definitely stay here again!
