stay here for 1 week on 32 floor . Room is big enough even tho for 2 Pax. breakfast can be better and the staff is so friendly . hotel/apartement location is good , walking distance to semanggi mall ,lotte and ambasador mall . and the location also the best for the traffic but hey we are in jakarta . swimming pool is big and nice but the gym is too small .. kind a pity, such a big apartment with massive room have such a small gym .

Riview hotel ayaduta... *Konsep apartemen yang sebenarnya di tawarkan sangat menarik tapi banyak ruangan yg tidak terlalu jelas fungsinya... Sementara bet terlalu small, bangunan tua dan bau...pelayanan khususnya resepsionis tidak ramah. Ada play ground dan kolam renang cukup oke. Makanan tidak enak menu kurang variatife.. berlebihan kekurangan untuk kelas bintang 5

Trouble during check-in, otherwise it is a fine hotel”
My family stayed in this hotel during the new year holiday. When checking-in, disappointing issues happen. We had to wait for more than 2 bloody hours (yes hours, not minutes) to get our room - and not just us, because other guests appeared to encounter the same issue. Worse still, we didn't get the big room we signed up for. We had to settle with two smaller rooms at different floors. Unbelievable!

I appreciate the effort that Aryaduta Semanggi has tried to redecorate and relocate the food placing in the restaurant. However, during the week i stayed, I found that Aryaduta has increase the western cuisine and reduce asian food. I am not a fans of this considering Indonesian food culture is much more attractive than the normal western breakfast served by any other hotel. Preferable the old style breakfast choices.

Nice apartment for family trip”
when we travel with family, we always find apartment , because large space with hotel services. we found this property in the middle of Jakarta, near from central venue in Jakarta, nice pool , our kids love to swimming and they are very excited with the pool. Room is ok , we book 2 bed room apartment, everything match with our expectation.

In the center of Kuningan City, very complete facility, very big size of room, but the food (breakfast) is bad, the staff is not really good too. But worth it for me.

Recommended improvements to attract more customers”
Their facilities are excellent specially the pool and gym, my family liked so much.We had a good view during the new year though my request to be on high floor was not granted even i placed it long ago.Some improvements, the check-in process must be improved especially on online confirmed bookings since these are guaranteed.It took me almost 2hours to wait before we were finally get the room ready for us plus i still have to go back to reception to follow-up again.Management should take seriously to speedup their booking process.Some suggestion, provide better quality toothbrush & toothpaste.The toiletries have to be provided complete daily.Mostly we are short of body bath and were only provided lotion once for the whole 7 nights stay!The breakfast is good, try to add some variety of the dishes to attract more passive customers.Improve your pest control,some areas i saw small cockroaches crawling around.Common toilets are well maintained.Add more lift to carry customers on high floors.

staying there during new year's eve, experience was not really good, given its 100 percent occupancy rate. lobby was small and very crowded. lift wasn't functioning properly. restaurant wasn't big enough to cater the crowd. food wasn't really encouraging.

Overall we satisfied to stay in aryaduta semanggi because it's strategic place and it's good to stay here with family or friends because the models hotel is suites... With alternative 1 room, 2 rooms and 3 rooms...the room is bigger with living room and kitchen set.

Old, need upgrading”
Aryaduta Semanggi hotel needs a facelift. Some items in the room really needs to be replaced, example the coffee cups and other utensils. Coffee cups are stained (looked very old and dirty cups) =( The elevators seriously need to be upgraded soon - 1 was under servicing (but didn't see anybody working on it or servicing it at all times we're there) only 2 elevators are working but very slow. Restaurant services during breakfast on peak period (Dec 25) was very poor. With the large no. of guests checked in during the peak season, hotel/restaurant should have anticipated a big group of guests coming down to have breakfast, hence provide enough seatings and food. A family with young kids was sitting&eating on the floor outside the restaurant while few others were seen standing around eating. Buffet trays were left empty for quite sometime and took them a long time to replenish. My family and I visit Jakarta every year and we've never experienced this in any of the hotels in Jakarta.

The parking lot didn't look like a hotel parking lot. It took us 45minutes to be checked-in. There are only 2 active elevators plus 1 staff elevator with so many guests and baggages, so we have to wait longer than usual. The drain of the bathtub was clogged, my husband has to call the reception twice before they fix the clogged drain. The restaurant was very full at that time. The food were bad according to us. Although the staffs are friendly, but we wouldn't reccommend the hotel.
