All-rounder winner that I'd highly recommend anyone to stay at!”
Suitable for various types of travellers. Quite a new hotel and spacious room for 2 pax. Woody deco and flooring. Clever and space saving design in bathroom. Toiletries provided felt luxurious. Price is extremely value for money given the superb location next to 1Utama (7-min covered walkway). Sky deck is a nice place to chill both indoors and outdoors. Didn't get to try the pool. Would have liked to try the infinity pool though it's small. Can imagine bringing my family back. Service was good and we had early check-in although housekeeping didn't check the room chair which had bits of rice, sink had bits of shaved hair and towels smelt a little like they didn't dry properly. Housekeeping brought us extra towels and pillows even at midnight. Housekeeping extension didn't work but reception button did. Thank God for free WiFi in lobby and room as data roaming was horrid and intermittent for us on this trip. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Very reluctant to move hotel after 2 nights' stay; if not for the fact that we have events in Bangsar South and the commute would be crazy daily.

My spouse and I have had a 5-night stay in Room 2122 from 12 to 17 May 2022. The hotel building is quite new and well maintained. The location is near to 1 Utama Mall and Bandar Utama MRT Station. The Superior Room is spacious with simple and modern decorations. It has a king bed with firm mattress, however, the pillows are too soft for our liking. The bathroom is clean and spacious too, without the unneeded long bath. As there are many eateries at the nearby mall, we did not try the F&B outlets here. The only disappointment is that the hotel does not have a proper gym during our stay, so I have to jog along the corridor for 5 nights. We will likely to stay here again in our next visit.

New hotel with excellent large rooms!! excellent facilities.very clean and well decorated. Only thing is that, since its very new, a lot of facilities are still not up to 'mass market' standard or reliability. Pool waters freezing for mere asians and kids. Lifts often won't read your room card so u can't select your floor, same with your door lock. Wifi is weak if you are staying in the middle of the floor, and it likes to log out by it self,. Logging in is a pain one whole night for us. Shower drain likes to get clogged because the drain cover or filter is 'too good', so water pools in your shower area, then flows to the toilet area, wetting both the floors. Aircond is good but it doesn't care if you set the speed to Low or High or auto whatever. It will still stop running when it reaches the set temperature and run again when it gets above the set temp, whether its on AUTO or whatever. The staff at the reception however, is brilliant!! very helpful and patient. Helped to try and solve my aircond problem at 3am by changing to another room since the blower refuses to blow cool air, but please, can't expect your guest to pack and change rooms at 3am with the whole family asleep. Also, try not to call your guests at 8am asking them to change rooms either , they're still asleep and dont want to be disturbed. all in all, good clean and worthwhile place. brilliant staff, convenient location.

I love staying here. It has lavish stay vibes starting from the reception, lift, pathway to room and room. For a cheaper price you got all of this. Other reviews were true, this hotel is exceptionally clean. Room is spacious. Free parking lot (need to stamp parking ticket at reception). Facilities like pool and kids room are the best. If you wanna go shop or eat other than in the hotel, you can just walk. There is bridge link connected to One Utama new wing. 10/10 star for my stay!

New hotel with clean facilities”
A very new hotel with clean facilities. Hotel room is clean too, but at night, you are not able to look out from your room window to view the scenery outside the room, as the window are all covered by mist. Only able to view a mirror image of yourself in it. Buffet breakfast wise, overall OK, except for the scramble/omellete, as it is tasteless.

this hotel deserves special commendation from my wife and i who recently celebrated our wedding reception in this hotel. special thanks to Suki and Khairil who managed my event to the fine details and were absolutely ever so helpful in everything that they did. the service level shown at this hotel is seriously the best I have encountered so far. suki actually went out of her way to assist with our requests and even helped us save on some unnecessary expenses. wife and i are thoroughly grateful for this and will surely highly recommended the hotel and perhaps even come back for a staycation. love everything about this hotel

Was satisfied with the cleanliness of room and friendly staff. There are large swimming pool, and a very good dinner/drink place at high level (can't remember which floor) with liveband. Its alternate choice of One World Hotel which ics link to 1U shopping mall. Definitely will come back again.

I love staycation, sometime i keep looking which hotel is worth to spend on. I will prefer location near shopping mall because it convenience for eating, shopping and do leisure things. But mostly hotel near shopping mall is quite expensive. So i found this new hotel which is near to OU and have walking access to the mall. Beside that i love the swimming pool because it wide and now can access anytime. Near swimming pool have kiddy club. My kids really enjoy their moment. Will come next time and hopefully the price still reasonable. I wish 🤭

Nearby to One-U mall and TTDI area which offers a lot of good restaurants and cafe. It’s new hotel, clean, spacious. The skydeck lounge offer good food and live band. The gym is still under renovation but they do have 3 machines for use.

The staff greeted me with a smile, the parking was easy to find as the basement parking is designated for hotel guests, the room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is linked to 1 Utama. No complaints at all since everything was good!

Very strategic location. Walking distance to One Utama Shopping Mall and LRT station. Professional service from the front desk officer. The room is spacious and clean. I personally also kinda like the design of the bathroom. Giving 5 stars for my stay. Definitely will book my stay here again.

The reception staff was very friendly during our check in. The room looks very clean and tidy. Only has problem with the toilet door got stucked but the staff managed to solve the problem immediately. Tq will come again.

Everything was a great short 1 night stay with Avante. Food, pool, room is great. Hoping the room service was 24hrs but it isn’t. All due to covid. Sighs. The bed is hard. No topper resulting in aching backs. Pillow too soft. Not good for neck support. Food is lovely. Staffs is wonderful. Will I come again? Yes, definitely.

New Nice Big Hotel in a Great Location”
We were only there for 1 night this time but will surely come back in future. Truly appreciate that they have a room which can accommodate our family of 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child below 10. Hotel is big and spacious. Location was superb with sheltered linkway to One Utama mall. Friendly hotel staff was an added bonus
