PERFECT PLACE TO STAY”
We had a wonderful staycation at this place. The room that we booked was really clean and comfortable. The best part was that we had our own balcony and little felines came accompanied our relaxing morning. Unfortunately, we faced electricity problem during our stay here (from midnight till morning) but the staff was helpful enough to give us hot water, so we were able to enjoy our morning coffee :) Overall this place is amazing! (just need to be ready with the uncountable stairs, but it's worth it :) Thanks Ayana!

Everything was good. Receptionist was helpful with my queries. Good spot for you to look at Mt Kinabalu. Price was good for my 3D2N stay. Great place to spend the night if you're heading to Kundasang/Ranau. Room was clean, just be mindful of insects around the vicinity as some of the netting might have come off around the window frames..

Cheap, awesome location/scenery, great facilities(have water heater!), pretty cat Kurik, cool ”
1. Awesome scenery, just 1 min after Bundu Tuhan junction. Overlooking hills and mountains and valley. Maginificent 2. Very cool even in the morning till afternoon. Deadly cold at night. Prepare very very warm clothing to survive the night. 3. Beautiful landscaping, pine trees, flower beds beside stairs. Well maintained cleanliness. 4. Ok. Too much stairs though. Not for the weak. To reach our room, we had to go down through at least 9 flight of stairs consisting 20 steps each. Not baggage boy assistance provided. 5. The house is a 4x 4 rooms divided from a double storey. Our room was abit 4m x 4m in area size inclusive toilet. 5. Beds are comfy but bed sheets and pillow sheets looked dirty. Dust accumulated below beds. Sorry for 3 stars. But please clean below beds and change whiter cleaner sheets. 6. As an avid football fan, supersport 3 Astro is available and is a huge plus as ManUnited won Watford 2-1 as I saw it Live. 7. No heater provided. So get ready to embrace "The Winter is Coming". 8. Our water heater broke down, and woth a simple complaint to reception, they made swift rectifications. Changing the whole water heater set. A very big plus. Kudos. 9. Toilet is super clean and smells good. 10. Water flow though is abit on the slow side. Abit of a con as you can't get power showers. Recommend to fill bucket provided with heated water before proceeding to take a bath. 11. Sunrise view, cant see the sun but the view is breathtaking. About 6 am. 12. For cat lovers, not sure pet is allowed but the placr have their own well groomed cat with black and white fur, and yellow eyes. Her namr is Kurik. But we called her Rocky-ah(rokiah) for female cat. Hehe. She was pregnant due for labor at that time. Hoping to meet her again with her kids. She was friendly, that she followed us through the 9 stairs down and into our rooms where we fed her water and she relaxex at our doormat before her owners came and pick her up. Great place, not suitable for the disabled”
The place is great and pretty; and the staff were very friendly. Lovely cats were around so it was very nice! Definitely recommend! However, because of the flights of stairs, as of right now the place is not suitable for those who are not able to go up and down flights of stairs (there are not ramps as of now). Male sure to check on that before you book if any family members are disabled.

Bad luck for us, but amazing hospitality and facility ”
Had black outs for whole kundansang for our 1 night stay. Ayana had solar powered LED throughout the facility, making the walkway more then bright and safe for walkinv. Even the room and toilet is ready with emergency battery powered down light. Since the blackout was whole area wide, there is nothing the hotel could do, but they still managed to knock on the door to provide additional candle just in case.

Cheap while spacious room”
Very spacious room with very affordable price. Clean and comfortable room. Nice view in the morning. Good service from the staff, they help us to carry our luggage as a lot of stairs.

●The staff are very courteous and accommodating. ●The place is very quiet and relaxing. ●It’s surrounded by so many trees and plants ●There is dogs sorroundings but it's not really a big deal though. ●Need to walk down the stairs to your room. (Some rooms especially the Superior Room) ●Parking is available

Very recommended. Sunrise at morning. View very superb. Even dont have air cond or fan, but you do not need it. coz very cool at there. You guys need to fit coz have many stair due to that place near to hill side

Comfort”
Booked holiday house with 3 bedrooms with 4 toilets. Got water heater, the view were so nice and cold too even without aircond or fan. Its also very clean. Totally worth it stay with big family.

highly recommend if you r coming in group of young people. the house has 3 rooms and each room has toilet and 1 double bed + 1 single bed. very clean and comfortable.

Real nice place but..”
Really good location, ample parking, nice and cozy rooms. BUT, we were not able to sleep at night because there a lot dogs in the compound that were barking all night, cats fighting, and puppies crying all night. Besides that. Very beautiful place.

Everything is pleasant, beautiful scenery but deadly cold at night.. must wear extra clothes at night.. location is good easy to find.. overall is ok but the only problem is the staircase.. long stairs to go up could be difficult for olders.

The room is really nice and comfy, the view is beautiful too just the way to the room is a little bit tough. Really not recommended for elders, people with disabilities, or family with baby/young kids and a lot of baggage. The room is far from reception

Beautiful place”
Great scenery from this place. However, not recommended if you bring old people as you will need to use the stairs to go down the hill to the room. Best place for young travellers thou.

Peaceful ambience”
Perfect place to stay for 1 night before your day to climb Mount Kinabalu. If you go for a low budget, this is the place. It's close to Taman Kinabalu and the view was beautiful.

Hike Mt Kinabalu”
For those who wants to hike Kinabalu, this place is just 1.5km away from Kinabalu Park (counter registration).. Bedore hike yes you can stay here, but not after haha cos too many stairs..
