Oh my, what a lovely, super classy hotel. Romance and readies. Very classy, feels like you are in Venice or Milan. Great staffing, lovely position though a bit of a walk to anywhere other than Hyde park which is across the road. Long walks, romance and a fantastic restaurant and bar.

The staff at the hotel were great. I must say the restaurant at dinner was a disappointment. I had to send mt main meal back, was way over done . The manner in which the manner was handled could be improved Otherwise we we pleased

Not a wonderful experience”
for the first 2 nights I had a buzzing sound in my ceiling for most of the night. I addressed this with the staff who were accommodating....to a point. it took some convincing that the noise was still prevalent after having being assured maintenance had sorted the problem. only then did they agree to move me to another room. we went down to run the London marathon, we wanted an early breakfast before the race - we were told several times in no uncertain terms on the morning that breakfast only opens at 7:00 and staff refused to give us plates to eat off as they were "all dirty" (we were only down at around 6:40 and all the buffet food was laid out) compared to friends who stayed at the hard hotel (4* and much cheaper) we got a raw deal - the service they received was incredible. I will be staying at the Hari on my next visit to London.

The Baglioni Hotel is a real treat. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing is a problem or effort for them. The rooms are always exceptionally clean. The food is dood. They have a private car that will take you to anywhere within a certain radius. The Hotel is within walking distance to the underground. It's across the road from beautiful Kensington gardens. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Could be better with little effort”
I was pleasantly surprised as to the aesthetics of the lobby and restaurant. However, the spa and gym were under renovation and this was not told to me on the website. This is the second time in 3 months that agoda does not have this info. (The previous incident was during our summer vacation in NYC. )In addition the AC broke in the room and wasn't fixed. The executive room and bathroom size were nice and spacious.

We stayed at the Hotel over the easter period. The rooms where a great size, the staff went out of their way to help you. We had problems with the TV and by the time I put the handset down from the phone. The door bell rang to fix the TV. It is centrally located. On route to Kensington shops, as well as tube and bus routes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I had a massage in the salon, the staff we also good. Massage, world class. Thank-you

Short trip shopping in london hotel looks very stylish and different, Staff are helpfull but you would expect a higher level of service for this star rating and price. Breakfast is served in very pleasant setting looking over the park

Никогда не оставляла никаких отзывов нигде, но об этом отеле хочется написать! В первую очередь подкупает его удачное расположение: в 2-3 минутах ходьбы расположился знаменитейший Royal Albert Hall где всегда идут очень интересные концерты, шоу и спектакли. В наш приезд пела Анна Нетребко! Напротив входа расположился очень симпотичный, зеленый парк, в котором можно пробежаться утром, погулять вдвоем или с детьми, посетить находящийся в нем замок принцессы Дианы, который, кстати, недавно отреставрировали и вновь открыли для посетителей. А через 10 – 15 минут прогулочным шагом, вы окажетесь на одной из самых знаменитых шоппинг улиц – Slone, сможете сделать покупки в всеми любимых Harvey Nikols и Harrods. Для русских путешественников будет приятным сюрпризом такое же близкое расположение ресторана “Мариванна”, где, если вы соскучились по дому, можно отведать селедки под шубой, борща или отливье)! Что касается самого отеля – это итальянская сказка в Лондоне! Стильный, роскошный, уютный интерьер, просторные и очень красивые, удобные номера, с огромными кроватями. Потрясающе дружелюбный, терпеливый, предупредительный персонал; вкуснейший ресторан и бар с огромным выбором напитков и закусок. Мега вкусные оливки и орешки в лобби)! Здесь уместно назначить как деловую так и дружескую встречу. А еще СПА, который мы планируем посетить в слудующую же поездку в Лондон!

Шикарный, стильный отель”
Великолепные интерьеры,украшенные живыми орхидеями.Все стильно,красиво.Отель удобно расположен для осмотра достопримечательностей и для шопинга.Напротив Кенсингтонский парк,где приятно просто погулять.Завтраки в отеле очень вкусные.Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный.Мы взяли номер executive,и это была ошибка.Две комнаты очень маленького размера,особенно спальня,где едва умещается только кровать.Номера superior и deluxe гораздо комфортнее и просторнее. Мы обязательно вернемся в Baglioni,но закажем другой номер.

Ein absolut angenehmer Aufenthalt, extrem freundliche MitarbeiterInnen. Boxspringbetten für wunderbar erholsame Nächte und ein sehr gutes, wenn auch nicht sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.
