pros got suite room for cheaper price. really have big space of room. nice hotel with free parking if validate the ticket at the counter. need to be check with kastam during in or out of the hotel. nice stay. cons dont have many choice of food during breakfast.

The room was big. the toilet was clean with bidet. don't expect good tv or great channels. I had a good sea view and room space was what I love. the pool was big and nice and they have a child pool too.

Good location, clean rooms, nice food and many duty free shops. Close to many nightlife outlets. Parking was not so good. far from room unless parked on jockey services which I find is slightly costly compared to kl.

this is my second visit to this hotel, me and family was very happy. we stay for 3 nights and we really enjoy the stay. the breakfast spread was superb and compliment to Nizam and his team for delivery excellent service. Plan to come back the nearest date. once again thank you for the hospitality.

The only difficulty i encounter was the key card is hard to function in elevator. Also the access from parking is via staircase, we don’t know that. So we need to pull our luggage all the way up the stairs. Do park at level 6C straight away.

Further to you review, we realized that often the key card malfunction occur the reason is perhaps because of putting the key card next to Hand Phone cause demagnetize and mag stripe on the back of the card could wipe off the data or damage it. We would be glad if you could provide us with your room no details in order for us to rectify the issues related to the room key card access. please be informed that we have few parking lots in this hotel for our guest convenience which is located at the front area of the hotel near to the lobby but priority will be given to those guests with infant/small children, senior citizens, guest with disabilities and single ladies. Due to limited lots, the availability is subject to prior reservation and will be on first come first serve basis. Besides that we do have multi-storey car park on complimentary for our in house guest.

We had our room facing the waterfront, room at non smoking level, toilet was totally clean and functioning, bed and every else was cozy enough. We had a great stay here!

+ Room was spacious. Comfort. Bed & pillows were good. Aircond was great. Other amenities were all good. - Carpet got smell. Should be washed. I think the room needs to be aired a bit to let the smell gone.

This is my favourite hotel when stay at JB. Great location, near stulang laut which has good seafood.. Very best value hotel... Near shopping mall and 7/11 too... Definetly will go back again some day...
