Characterful pad for the tunnel. ”
Clean and with some character.. Well presented and comfortable. Stayed for an overnight before a tunnel crossing. Recommended.

Not a good nights sleep”
They had a wedding in which had music playing until after midnight and singing going on into the early hours. When I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning that we hadn’t had much sleep she said that would have been the wedding as if it’s to be expected. I would recommend this hotel but check first to see if they have a wedding on first

good location ”
Nice comfortable newly refurbished room, with nice facilities, tea coffee, gowns and slippers room was spotlessly clean. And the bathroom was great huge shower, and all new. New TV we had lovely views of the sea from the top floor dual aspect windows Restaurant was a bit dissapointing staff not very efficient, took a while to bring us the menue and had run out of the beef on the Sunday evening, which limited what was available, some of the younger waiters and waitresses seemed detached from the customers, doing their job but not asking us if we needed any more coffee etc., at breakfast.

WONDERFUL”
Beautiful hotel - newly renovated to a very high standard. Location was perfect - just off of the Leas and with gorgeous sea views. Very quiet road. Excellent breakfast - and very friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend and I will certainly be visiting again!

It was OK, but the TV didn't work and neither did the shower. Also, the rooms are hot, they need to invest in Air Conditioning,

We stopped off here with our niece and our dog on our way to Europe and had exactly the friendly easy experience we needed after a long drive.

We enjoyed our stay at the Burlington Hotel so much that we will definitely return again. Although there was a wedding taking place at the hotel we heard nothing a enjoyed a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoyed the walk along the 'Leas' after our days journey A good visit and stay

Staff very helpful. Hotel is a bit tired although there is evidence of an upgrade program in progress. Food was very good.
