Clean hotel good price”
We arrived early and checkin wasnt until 3pm but the owner let us leace our cases in lounge. Room was clean double and single bed(family room) Owner was very nice always sanitising doors and touch points. Decor could be updated but b&b was cheap and decnt for what we needed. Very close to tower coral island beach etc and a 20min walk away from zoo and stanley park.

The owner was kind and friendly although we got moved into another hotel block due to covid restrictions as we had a young child they wanted to keep us as safe as possible. It was Very covid safe if you are worried about travelling dont blackpool on a whole is very covid safe. Hotel room was clean and big enough for what we needed. Great value for money would book again

Perfect hotel in a fab location”
Hotel is spotlessly clean. The host is such a wonderful lady. We have stayed here twice now. The hotel is in a fab location literally a few mins walk from Coral Island and the centre of Blackpool. Fantastic value. Thank you c

Firstly I was unable to contact the owner on numerous occasions but when I did she was very nice and explained there wasnt any heating in the room and the previous occupants of the room stole the remote and moved us to the Melrose Hotel which was very nice

Great value hotel.Lovely host.Only slight complaint was the room was quite cool in the evening, although it had warmed up when we returned later that night.

Good for a night”
This place is fine if all you need is a bed for the night. I took my son and it was good that the hotel was s so close to the beach. But that's about it. My son and I arrived and were told that we would be staying across the way. Ok that's fine, but breakfast would be in a third location. So during the night the curtains fell down and the bathroom light blew. The telly didn't work and we decided to avoid the shower. My 11 year old asked me why they didn't just sell 2 cruddy properties and do the third one up properly. I had to agree. If all you need is a cheap bed for the night then as long as you don't care about looks it's fine. I have stayed in worse.

Good Budget Hotel”
Just stayed for the evening at Cadeby lodge, was surprised to see an ensuite as webiste advertises shared bathroom for the room we booked, The entrance hall is very cluttered, a lot of plugs and wires gatherd at sockets, and way too many little cctv cameras, like i was suprised to see one sat about a foot away from me whilst i was looking at the leaflets in the hall. Pillows were terrible though, like i have never slept on a pillow that had no fluff, or bounce to it :/. The hotel charge a £10 deposit for keys and tv remote, it is refundable on yoru checkout but it doesnt advertise so for those who travel with no cash just a heads up, no tea and coffee in the rooms again this is all held in canisters in the hall so you would have to take your cup down with you to get what you need. I will be trying somewere else next time but all in all not bad for £23 :)

Great value B&B”
The owner was welcoming and friendly. We had the deluxe double with en suite. Quite a small room but for £15pppn plus breakfast it was great value. Room has TV with free view channels. Tea and coffee making facilities and bathroom with sink, wc and shower cubicle. Being April it was a little chilly in the room but there was a heater provided should we wish to use it. We came and went as we pleased with no bother and slept well on both nights.

Considering the reviews I expected worse when I got there. It was clean but apart from that it was a disaster. Nowhere to park even though I'd reserved a space with the owner. Leaving me to pay 10 pound over the road. Had t help ourself t tea coffee milk. No heating just a plugged in heater. Wanted 10 pound deposit per key which wasnt stated in the booking. Getting ready to go out the electrics went! These amongst alot more.....just a farse really.

Location was close to the front and all activities. Room was ok, little cramped but wasn't the cleanest. Will look to pay a little more on our next trip to Blackpool.

Value for money n lovely staff ”
When we got there we got told they had double booked us fro. Deluxe double room we got down graded to twin room. Room was still clean so couldn't really complain for amount we had paid

Lovely staff. Bad hotel ”
The very least you would expect from a hotel of any kind on a very cold windy day and night would be heating.. I have never ever paid to stay in a hotel and had to get into bed with my clothes on unlike this hotel.. even tho they had central heating they wouldn't turn it on.. they said there was a personal heater on the wall. But you wasnt allowed to turn it on when you left the room to warm it up.. so when we came in after a great day and night out the room was so cold you could see your breath. As for the person heater we put it in all night and didnt make one bit of difference to the temperature of our room.. you couldn't have a shower as it was just to cold in there. The very small bathroom was even colder with the tiles floor... there was no hot water.. there was a kettle but no tea.coffee.or milk..so whatvqas the point of the kettle. The towels they gave you looked like they had been there for 30 years.. I wouldn't clean my dog with them.. the lady who checked us in was very nice

You get what you pay for but think the decor could do with a refresh. The room felt cold and damp. People are incredible thou and very hospitable.

Double Metal bed frame Falling apart , do unable to sleep in it , had to share a single bed ”
Had a family room booked , when we got home at 11.30 pm to retire to bed , noticed the double bed was not safe , it was dipped in the middle , the mattress was awful , we had to share a singe bed with my husband & daughter , the tv did not work , when I showed the lady this morning , she said the bed was broken due to a family booked in before us there children jumping up & down causing damage to the bed slats !!! Why let it out again then , I hardy slept and feel we should of been given a full refund !!!

Arrived early expecting to drop of car and return to check in around 4 car places in a space covered with screws and rubbish with a car sitting next to our with petrol cap open and building rubbish all around abandoned vehicle, Was not looking to check in at 2 but return at 4 but owner insisted I check into the other hotel across road the room was very basic certainly not what I booked Premier room Room was tiny no heating with a family staying next door in a tiny room Could hear the TV through the divider wall till early hours then at 6 the kid woke to play, Shower was very grubby & mildew covered Got a puncture on departure an expense I not happy with better of parking in council car park Poor communications and downgrade with puncture avoid this place.

The room we were given was mouldy, damp and freezing!! As we were the only guests there was no heating in the building. There was no room to swing a cat in the shower/WC. In the dining room, again freezing, there were tubs on paint under the seats. That was room no 1 so never ask for that little hell hole!!
