Really nice villa in Hua Hin that is more or less pretty affordable! Firstly, they were kind enough to allow us to change our booking dates Free of Charge when we got Agoda to call them as we had make a huge mistake on our booking dates. We were treated with 5 star service from the staff from the minute we arrived till the minute we checked out. The pool was nice to take a dip in although it was freezing most of the time. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was brought to our room everyday with a smile! Location was good as well as you're within walking distance to 711's, a few different night markets, restaurants. There's also this HUGE famous outdoor food court that's a 200m walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recomend it! Quiet and everything is an easy tuk tuk or Grab ride away!

Spacious room”
The room was huge, only 10 villas available. Staff Khun Ying, was very helpful & always with a smile. Tuktuk from hotel to night market was also cheap only 100baht. Pool & jacuzzi was great too! My kids loved it! One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! Will definitely recommend my friends & come back again! Thank u Cae Villa!

The guard and receptionists were friendly and everything was great! Housekeeping forgot to replace fresh towels but replaced them the next day. Bed is very comfortable, room very spacious, no mosquitos.. Will definitely come back again!

Very nice villa, unique & clean. Helpful staff, very helpful. Location wise, near foodcourt and 15min to market village. Definitely coming back soon

Perfect place”
The staff was very nice. The place was so good that I will come back here again for sure. Many restaurants nearby and just walking distance to Tesco Lotus. No doubt why this place is highly recommended on the internet.

Best place ever. But...”
I booked this place with the private pool. The inside room was very big. What so great about this place was PRIVATE POOL and a bathtub outdoors. They have this breakfast slip for you to filled out on what you want and they brought it to your room in the morning. It was great we didnt even have to leave the room. Cons: The water pressure inside the shower wasn't that great. There were too many mosquitoes. Private pool doesn't have a heater. So it kindda cold at night when you want to get into the pool. Over all, this place is amazing for a couple to spend time chill and enjoy the private pool.

Fantastic place to relax as a couple, we made good use of the pool. Staff was great and there is some great places to eat next door and also a short walk away is a very large outdoor market

We family with 2children Room very beautiful and big. Food and beverage not expensive breakfast set charge us 500thb reasonable price with 8 dish of menu can choose. If you couple go honeymoon this is good choice for you. Environment very quiet no disturbed.

Great villa but we stayed at the wrong time”
Cae Villa Hua Hin is a great villa but we stayed at the wrong time(Oct 2018). There was a big construction outside and we have to leave the hotel at 08:00 as there would be no water nor electricity. This is the only thing we did not satisfied with. Besides this, the room is great. The staffs are very helpful. Especially giving thanks to the Villa as they sent us in room dining breakfast set and the delicious pizza for free!
