Great location next to Florida street”
The location is nice and I was able to walk to major tourist sites from here. The staff were friendly but I found the checking in time was a bit slow. Bed was comfy and there was good water pressure in shower. It would be nice if there was a room safe but aside from that it had all I need including a fridge. I beard the breakfast is good but I didn't eat there myself.

Old an Run-Down”
Very old hotel with frayed carpet, run-down facilities. Charge $20 per day for use of fitness center and $5 per day for use of wireless (wireless is virtually worthless because the connection is so poor). Rooms are extremely small and twin bed was too short and mattress was lumpy and sloping. Traffic noise on the street below was loud even late at night. Sounds from other rooms came through the poorly insulated walls. Staff was very little help in answering questions. I was treated like second-class citizen. If someone walked up to the desk while I was asking directions, staff would assist the walk up and keep me waiting interminably. Location of hotel is not near any tourist sites or places of interest so cab rides were expensive to the good locations.

Old style charming foyer”
First impressions are very appealing as you enter. Old world charm of the hotel does extend to rooms which feel old and dated. Location is close to shopping and sites but on a back alley which is drab. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable

Great location but need urgent renovation”
It's an old hotel near to Florida street. The bathroom was renovated recently and was very good. However the room is outdated. The fridge looks like older than me and the furniture makes me feel a museum visitor. The breakfast was good, but was very simple. Wireless conection was very slow. It was hard to use the skype. The gimnasium was closed.

Great location but small room”
We were welcomed by someone who remembered us, my sister and myself from a previous stay. The next day another fellow that had been there in the past wouldn't even give us a smile and seemed very preoccupied with his paperwork. But all in all a nice hotel.

Great Location”
a little ye olde world, made a nice change from the plastic modern hotels. it was clean quite, the staff spoke good english and its location is only about 30 secs walk to the main part of florida st and galeria pacifico shopping mall

Nice hotel in the center ”
The hotel is very well located near the main shopping street (Florida). The rooms are very quiet and the size is a bit small, but the prices are correct. Everything is clean. The breakfast is good(small buffet) and sometimes you have to wait for a table. The staff is helpfull. You can leave you luggage in the reception after your room check-out. It has been our 2n time in this hotel and will repeat

Für den bezahlten Preis waren wir eigentlich zufrieden. Das Zimmer hatte jedoch kein Tageslicht. das war schon sehr unangenehm

Zentral gelegenes Hotel und freundlicher Service”
Für Kurzaufenthalte in der Metropole von Buenos Aires bestens geeignet. Liegt zentraler als die grossen Hotels Sheraton, etc. Das Hotel verfügt über ein kleines Bistrot in welchem das Frühstücksbuffet serviert wird und hat daneben einen kleinen schönen Aufenthaltsraum. Das spanisch und englisch sprechende Empfangspersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und organisiert auch Transporte/Taxis/Remise zu den Flughäfen oder andern Orten. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, haben aber eine Minibar und ein TV.

Habitación mediocre”
Está calificado con 4*, pero se le perdieron al menos 2* La cama buena, pero la comodidad de la habitación y mobiliario, muy pobre. El baño pequeño, sin bidet, habitáculo de ducha chiquito, incómodo y peligroso. El servicio de desayuno de variedad mala, jugos horribles. Extras y adicionales (comidas o bebidas) , carísimas. Se rescata la disposición y amabilidad del personal.

hotel muy centrico, aunque en calle estrecha y de mucho trafico. si bien es cierto que las habitaciones son comodas, tranquilas y el hotel tiene un buen servicio.hotel acostumbarado a recibir mucha gente, con ese toque de inpersonalidad que es hasta aconsejable.recomendable para estancias no muy largas y cuando se quiere estar muy centrico. habitaciones y hall bien decorado, estilo clasico.

Hotel muy centrico en pleno corazon de Buenos Aires, junto a las peatonales , pero en calle muy estrecha y zona un poco ajetreada. El hotel cumple bien el cometido de hotel de gran ciudad, pues es eficiente, con habitaciones standar y bien mantenidas, con aire un poco anticuado.Es bastante grande, por lo que es un tanto inpersonal, pero con buen servicio y limpieza.

Excelente ubicacion, pero deberian comunicar mejor”
Mi estadia fue excelente y mu mujer se sintio comoda, principalmente por la ubicacion muy cerca de Florida Street. Deben mejorar en la comunicacion, estube desconforme con el cobro de la cochera, no informaron que tenia un costo adicional. El costo de Internet estaba incluido en la reserva y me informaron que salia USD 10 x dia, otra vez problemas de comunicacion.

Un hotel bien situé, avec un personel charmant parlant pour certain, français.Nous avions laissé une piece de vetement blanc sur le lit,la femme de chambre avait ramassé le tout, il y avait de l argent dans les poches, ils nous ont remi le tout, la chemise pliée et l argent en totalité.

Super lindo hotel”
el hotel esta en el microcentro, muy lindo y elegante. El hotel se merece un mejor servicio ya que es tan lindo.Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones y llegabamos en horarios diferentes, no nos pudimos encontrar ya que el senhor de recepcion dio el nro de habitacion equivocado a mi papa, deberian responsabilizarse un poco mas de la informacion que dan. Es muy lindo, limpio y el desayuno rico.
