Bayo from reception made us feel very much welcome the minute he received us in the hotel. We had a room upgrade without even asking for it. 😍 The whole experience was great. Smooth check-in and check-out (it took less than 5minutes) Breakfast is another great thing as it exceeded our expectation - selection of foods and the quality is something you should not miss. Also, you can request for late check out 🤗 For sure they will even offer if possible. :) if not, please feel free to ask :) Shout out to the whole team on that day as you made us feel extra special. Well I have booked a room for centro however I didn’t received any email or calls that the hotel was closed for about a week now! So i have asked the security from rotana and they told me to do checkin from there. However the receptionist from rotana told me that the booking was moved to Park Inn Radisson due to closured of the premise. In short I don’t have choice but to walked across the road. I don’t mind staying in Park Inn Radisson as I love the place and the filipina reception is very friend as usual. But they just surprised that we didn’t get heads-up for the booking changes.

Lovely hotel at Yas island. 2nd time for this month. Surely not the last time!Mr. Mirza & Asif was Excellent who provided great service at Front desk. We loved the most of this Hotel was thier facilities, like the swimming pool closed late, relaxing jacuzzi , and indoor play area. What we missed to experience thier BEACH Area, we are looking forward for the next visit,Breakfast experienced was Superb, a lot of choices. THANK YOU ALL

Location is very accessible to Amusement parks like Ferrari World, Warner Bros, Yas mall etc. Would also like to commend the reception guy named Mr. NAUMAN- he is very accommodating and welcoming with our special requests. According to the staff, Centro Yas Hotel is under maintenance, so your booking is directly going to go to Yas Rotana Hotel which is indeed an excellent choice for a family vacation. Worth every dirham you put in it. The standard room is very cozy and can fit up to 3 people (if one agreed to sleep on the couch). Overall, a very nice place to stay in for a very affordable price.

We had a very nice stay during our layover in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport on yas island. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And the pool and breakfast were amazing. It's very close to all the theme parks and there also is a free shuttle bus to all the yas island activities.

Lovely hotel in a lovely place on YAS Island. The hotel was very busy during Eid holidays but the staff was very friendly and accommodating trying their best to satisfy guests. Thanks to Mr. Rajesh from Choices for accommodating me and my baby for breakfast while it was super busy. Nice food for breakfast but very busy. Recommended!

staff is very professional and quick to respond on every query. we met Mr. Noman at the reception and without even asking he gave us room at highest floor and cornered one which we really enjoy throughout our stay. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was a good choice! There is a shuttle bus that is roaming around to send you to the parks that you wanted to visit. Each day is a memorable day for us!

Being from out of town, this is a great place to stay when I need to go shopping at Yas Mall or just plain relax. Nice quite bar and garden seating.... I love it. I'll be back!

Transferred to Radisson Blu Hotel, Yas Island”
We actually booked 2 premium rooms @ Centro but it was closed when we arrived at the Hotel. Someone told us that it is under maintenance. The security told us to go @ Rotana. And from there, the front desk officer said that we will be transferred to Radisson Blu Hotel which is just nearby. With all this incovenience, we still enjoyed our holiday. Thanks to Radisson's front desk officer FOUAD, who is very helpful. Since I have booked for a premium room with sea view and most importantly it should be interconnecting. He manage to gave us the same. Thumbs up to hotel staff like him.

We had a transit journey at Abu Dhabi. The hotel accommodated our early check-in and gave us a room with a balcony. Also helped in calling a cab in the middle of the night. All in all, a great experience!
