For a Budget Motel this has everything you need for a city stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Only a short walk to Roma Street Railway. A pleasant experience all round. Would recommend.!

Exceptional: Clean and Good Enough”
The location is close to Roma Street Station,which is good for those customer who join local tour like me. The bed is comfortable with cold airconditioning, the bathroom is small but enough for bathing,with nice hot water 😍

I arrived much earlier than check in time but they organised for me to have a room anyway which was even an upgraded room (2 singles from 1 single room) with no extra cost. Clean, essentials provided, plenty of mirrors and wall plugs, inexpensive.

Excellent budget hotel next to City Hall. Clean with an unexpectedly large room with a couch. Catherine was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

Excellent location. Great price. Although small, room was clean and tidy. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Big thank you here. Only downside was having to go to basement level to use common room microwave but having one to use was a godsend so thank you again. Will I use your hotel again? Absolutely.

I enjoyed staying there, find th staff pleasant and helpful. Just had noisy guest in next room or down hall which kept going up and down hallway and loud talk. I needed a rest, health problems. Could do with a microwave.

I had a 3 days trip to Brisbane for both medical and business reasons so found the Inn accessible and close to all I needed. Staff very friendly.

Cheap 'n' cheerful”
Good, but basic accommodation. Very convenient to Brisbane city and Roma Street Station. Hint: leave the tea and coffee caddy out prominently if you want a refill (it seems you only get two of each per day anyway). Also, bring your own soap, because once the tiny little complimentary bar is used it doesn't get replaced. An okay old joint with pleasant staff, but I wouldn't use it for a romantic getaway!
