I booked the hotel but got upgraded to the residences..wuhuuuu. The unit was okay, not to small not to big. The rooms was spacious enuff for me n my sister. And because it was my stay after getting my 2nd dose vac, the stay was very pleasent. Managed to have a good rest after the jab. The down part? Hope they put hand wash in the unit and change the breakfast menu. Stayed for 2 nights and had the same breakfast for both mornings. And there is no cutleries (not even thr plastic ones) to use when eating my nasi lemak. My sis got her fork n knife for her western bfast but not me, luckily i brought my own. Other than that, it was a very pleasent stay, friendly staff, clean room n unit. Love it!

This was a bday trip for my husband and we had a pleasant surprise when they upgraded us to the suite. Love the room and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Almost all of the staff were friendly and had a smile on their face whenever they see you. Only exception was Vivian at the reception whom I felt was slightly snobbish w/o a smile and when I wanted to confirm some stuff with her, she couldn't even be bothered to reply me and just printed out my invoice. Nevertheless, it was a good stay and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dorsett Hotel for the experience and memories!!

I stayed in Dorsett Residences in the 2 bedroom premium suite for 2 nights. I chose the premium over the standard due to size difference and i thought it might be more tastefully decorated. You will love Dorsett Jalan Imbi! I am travelling with kids and i needed a facility that has at least 2 bedroom, provide breakfast and allows me to enjoy hotel facilities such as spa, cafe, room service and everything else. I want to still soak in the hotel vibe where its not too quiet. I had used the service of valet parking --RM20 per day. Check in was a breeze with RM100 deposit in which RM80 was refundable. I must commend the excellent customer service especially by Mas who explained my booking in detail and was so polite and welcoming. We had used the service of the bell boy for our luggage etc and there were right at the doorstep the moment we reached the apartment. Dorsett is a gem in the golden triangle! A short walk to Pavillion...u can even find a nice Mamak Nasi kandar stall within walkin

Very happy to stay in this well managed hotel. Manager Mike and rest of the staff were wonderful and helpful. We managed to get connecting room which was useful for family with younger children. The bf buffet is great and another hall was open to cater for the residents. Hotel is well maintained and nearby shopping malls esp pavilion and time square with variety of Restuarants available in nearby streets. Definitely coming back to Dorset KL in a couple of days. Great experience

Staff already took our bag and passed our bagtag so we could proceed wt check in. Check in was smooth. Less than 10mins and already made my way to room. Staff sent our bags less than 5mins we got in our room. So efficient! Room was clean, the joined balcony was awesome. All staff were helpful throughout our stay. Even housekeeping staff greeted us and offered us any additional items we might wanna have extra like towels, blankets or pillows. Definitely looking forward to stay here again soon.

A very clean hotel with the best selected staff from front office to housekeeping. Front office or reception well served with a welcome smile when check in is no other than Mr. Shan, very helpfull and hardworking young man. And housekeeping, a well trained supervisor on the 21st floor is Aslam, who is very helpful. Breakfast is good. but, need more space as you got to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get a table. Very convenient location yo all restaurants and malls.

Pros: Clean Spacious Strategically located near Pavilion Friendly & attentive staff Huge spread of breakfast Cons: Room I'm staying wasn't working well, I did informed the staff, they try to fixed it and for awhile it was alright. I left the room, until I came back at night for a good sleep, I was feeling very hot and perspiring profusely. The temperature it came on and off, but I was too tired to call the staff for help. Thus my night was a nightmare. Upon checking out I relay my ordeal, and one of the front office lady said that she will upgrade my room for my next visit and will send me an official email regarding this. She took my email address and nothing came in. I've email my concern about the aircon conditions, and my make up bag which I've accidentally left at the room hotel. I got a reply from them about not able to find my make up bag, but no reply or whatsoever in regards to the air conditioning issues. Thank you.

Everything is perfect. From the staff, lobby environment, the elevator, the room, the cafe, i love everything about them! The foods is fantastic! I ate alot! Lol. The room is spacious, beautiful, comfy and everything that i needed. The only problem that we’re facing is when the car park is full so we need to park outside, across the road. Oh and you guys should try the conditioning shampoo they provided, i feel like my hair become softer after using it. Lol. I would recommend this place to my friends. And I’m really happy staying there. The location also very strategic, it’s near Berjaya Times Square, u can walk there. And of course you can walk to Sungei Wang Plaza, Pavilion and KLCC as well.

I had checked in on my birthday, and the staff were kind enough to give me an upgrade to a suite. After I had settled down in my room, they then brought a cake, balloons and about a team of 7 staff to sing Happy Birthday to me outside my room. It brought me nearly to tears, and I am extremely grateful. Never had a reception like this at a hotel before. All of the staff were really helpful and gracious. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the bellboys. Very convenient location; walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10 and Jalan Alor Night Market. KK Mart, 7-11 and 168 minimart all within 5 minutes' walk if you need necessities or late-night snacks. Excellent service, Dorsett Kuala Lumpur! Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in KL. :D

Booked a two bedroom suite at dorsett residents for 4 people for 4D3N. It consists of two bedrooms(two separate showers) and balconies, living room, dining area, a mini kitchen (stove, fridge and oven) and a washing machine. Imagine my surprise when a washing machine is provided, no more worries about dirty clothings for 4 days! The location is right between Berjaya Times Square and Pavillion etc, good for people who like to shop and go for massages! Grab is the most ideal transport for any places far from the apartment; cheap and reliable. The staff are very polite and friendly, able to answer my questions clearly. The infinity pool and gym at the last floor (30th) is a good place to relax after a long day. Will look forward to staying there if I go KL again, kudos!

Great Hotel in Overall”
Well, I had a great experience in staying Dorsett Kuala Lumpur, amazed with the great hospitality by their friendly staff. What I can pick on is their parking, as is limited but they do have a big open air parking just opposite the hotel with 24 hours guarding, provided you don’t mind to put your car under the Sun and probably carrying the luggage across the road the the hotel. Thanks God, I got my parking lot at the hotel’s basement during my arrival. About the location, I do say is very strategic as walking distance to the pavilion (probably around 5-10 mins by foot), and nearby Chinese hawker stall, quite traditional but the environment is little hot and dirty. However, the food is superb nice. Thanks Dorsett for reserving my room which able to check-in upon my arrival. I will definitely back to Dorsett KL.

Great Location. Many Malls nearby around Bukit Bintang area. Hotel not young but the rooms were quite updated.Clean and comfortable rooms. Carpark is small, and for big cars its quite challenging to park. Staff that attended to us were helpful and friendly. Small Pool. Looks clean outside but when you swim with goggles, the water needs more cleaning. For the price that we paid, its still value for money. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Had to extend several more nights as my partner was injured and we couldn't ride back to SG. The staff was kind enough to let us retain our upgraded suite even though we did not book a suite for our extension. Carpark is very safe; free for bikes, and for cars, you can validate your parking if you are a guest at the hotel. There is popcorn in the lobby from 6PM to 7PM, available iced water if you're lounging at the lobby. Breakfast is also extended to those staying at the Dorsett Residences next door, so expect a bit of a crowd in the mornings. Very pleasant experience all in all. Really delighted that I chose Dorsett over the other nearby hotels. 👍🏻

Good location not far from pavilion mall, times square is a 15 min walk. excellent rooms well furnished with good decor, very clean hotel excellent bathroom although the shower was a disappointment due to low water pressure. very good breakfast lots of variety and good quality- although it gets very busy in the mornings so get there early. would stay here again, a polished hotel that ticks all the boxes.

Booked this hotel because of its good review.. And it had certainly met our expectation with nice staff and room. During checkin, we were told by one staff that we needed to wait for about an hour before we could checkin due to housekeeping issue. Then it came a nice and friendly staff saying that he could upgrade us to a premium delux room and we will have the room immediately. I think he could see that we were extremely tired after the long journey coach ride:) Thumbs up to the staff and awesome service. Great location too.. all within walking distance to various shopping mall. Will come back again.
