We visited for winter wonderland 2021 and it was amazing I’m incredibly fussy but the photos really do not do it justice how great this hotel is incredibly clean with the most friendly staff, walking distance to Westfield and shepherds bush underground. The hotel also give you a vip pass to present at the shopping centre to receive discounts and they were also happy to keep our bags in a locked room for us once we had checked out so we did not have to carry them round on our final day. Could not recommend more!

We were staying at a budget hotel nearby, which turned out to be a nightmare. When we decided to move, Agoda suggested the Dorsett, just a couple of metres away. We could not believe. Great value for money. Rooms are spacious, comfty and spotless. Staff was friendly and ready to help at all times. Staying at the Dorsett was one of the highlights of our stay in London. The location is perfect: close to 3 Underground stations, and bus stops towards Victoria and Oxford Street. We highly recommend the Dorsett Shepards Bush!

I can not give a high enough review of this hotel. Super clean, super friendly helpful staff and very comfortable room. But most of all SUSANNA at the concierge went out of her way to make my stay special. Off her own bat she organised little extras that were a wonderful surprise! This is now my go to hotel for my London stays!

Sometimes noisy, but clean & good staff”
Checked in early & got an accessible room (larger but weird shower), however the was close to some sort of central HVAC system, making a constant, low pitched droning sound. I tried sleeping with earplugs on but still couldn’t, so I ended up giving up at around 4am and the staff at the front desk moved me to a different room without making a fuss. For that I am thankful. For those who are curious (I couldn’t sleep, so I started looking into it): at around 4am, the “loud” room measured between 53 and 57 dB. The “quiet” new room was at around 41-44 dB (all with the room fan off). Still noisier than a quiet city apartment (30 dB), but better. Other than that, rooms are very clean & well maintained. The basic non-accessible room might be a bit tight for two people – I’m traveling alone so it’s fine. There’s no water bottles on the minifridge (it’s empty) but there’s a kettle with some tea bags and instant coffee. There are no toiletries or slippers, so bring your own. WiFi is very good.

Brilliant Hotel”
Loved staying at the Dorsett Hotel Shepherds Bush. Wonderful room which was spotlessly clean. All staff were very friendly and made you feel extremely welcome. Hotel is located near good tube links, and is close to the Westfield Shopping Centre. Definitely recommend and will be staying there again.

Booked here because of a good deal on the price and it was genuinely somewhere worth a lot more. Friendly staff, very clean rooms with Elemis toiletries, lots of fluffy towels etc. 3 minute walk to the tube on the central line, lots of nearby cafes/restaurants to choose from. Would stay here again.

My nephew and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. the rooms was not small. the beds were very comfortable and it was quiet, though our window overlooked a construction site. It was very clean with a fridge, a kettle with provision of tea and coffee a safe box. The breakfast was very good with a choice of cold and cold meals, vegetables and fruit. There is a bar where wine tasting is organised. One can enjoy afternoon tea there too.There is a gym open 24 hours and a sauna. The hotel provides laundry service. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. There are lots of food stores, cafes and restaurants around the hotel. There is a huge outlet very close to the hotel. There are two subway lines within 300 meters from the property and it takes 15-20 minutes to get tom the very center of London. It is also convenient to get to trains stations and Heathrow airport.

Comfort, location and amazing room ”
Room, location and comfort definitely 🌟. 5 mins walk from both Shepherd’s Bush and Shepherd’s Bush Market tube stations. Room is very well equipped and bus 94 that departs from practically the front door of the hotel. Superbly designed and clean. Hospitality is lacking in terms of communication with staffs, front concierge and clients. Minibar wasn’t working well and I had addressed it to the lobby staff. Not sure if it ever gets fixed/checked as temperature remains as before. No feedback even. Room got cleaned very late on our last day due to shortage of staffs. Very well understood though. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for travellers who’s here in London at your own comfort and not needing any additional assistance. I’d suggest the staffs to be sent for training in Dorsett hotels in Asia as to get the gist from what Dorsett hospitality is worth for.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious and beautiful room. Big and comfy bed. Glad they had the Night Room Service. Didn’t want to go anywhere after a long day so I ordered delicious food while watching TV in bed. The breakfast was great as well.

Room 505. Lovely quiet double room, huge comfortable bed. Fridge with 2 glass bottles of water. Ironing board and iron, big full length mirror and plenty of other mirrors in bathroom and room. TV, digital alarm clock with charger socket built-in. Bar and restaurant not open but not problem because there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity. Perfect location for the Shepherd's Bush Empire, just 2 doors down. Looking forward to staying again in future.

No much to say than fitted for the intended purpose, big up for the room attendance ladies who are doing a great job. Keep it up However, if you are driving please arrange for parking as this facility is not available for the hotel. Other than that great experience and will be surely back there. Thank you

Excellent hotel close to tube station to get around, shops and restaurants nearby. Only drawback was they only provided one chair to sit on in the hotel room, there should be two chairs for two people.

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility while visiting family in London. We will be back. Even though our room faced the street it was quiet. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff ensured that it was immaculate. I was sick for a couple of days and the housekeeping staff respected the "do not disturb" sign, which was very much appreciated. Front desk staff were great at check in and greeted us each time we returned to the hotel. We had a special request which they went out of their way to accommodate. The staff at the small bar area are great. If you are now thinking that we were impressed by the staff, you are right. Congratulations to the management. The Westfield shopping center and numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance. Numerous bus lines stop just outside the hotel and the tube is within easy walking distance.

Nice hotel and front desk staff were so helpful.”
I stayed there during 6th-8th April 2019, there was a problem with the toilet in my room on the first night, after that the front desk staff (who was trainee I could not remember her name), assisted to change the room and treated us very nice. The stay was fine. Only one thing I would like to complain about is the cleaning maids who were shouting in the walkway in front of our room at 8AM. I understood they were cleaning the room. But their conversation was so long and noisy until I needed to open the door and ask them to be quieter. Before the return me with making face to me. I had nothing to do but feel quite dissatisfied with them on how they should keep privacy for customer stay.
