Friendly staff, clean rooms and pool to cool off. Value for money and central to CBD. Able to extend booking easily for same price. I will come here again.

Convenient, quiet, friendly, great value”
Located in town, safe, convenient to both Coles & Woolies supermarkets. Reception and housekeeping were very accommodating (though we didn't need much) and the room was very spacious and quiet. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the Alice.

Always stay at Elkira when in Alice Springs...it is close... walking distance to most shops & the mall etc!! Plus they are not a hotel as such...so not a lot of noise reasonably quiet!!

Great Budget Option”
First time staying at this motel after reading positive reviews. First impression wasn't so great as the flat screen TV was not fixed to the wall and the interior looked a bit rundown. However, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked including soft towels. The bed was also clean and very comfortable. Overall, a recommended budget motel.

Great location”
Clean and friendly, the budget room I stayed in at $85pn required some repairs but overall was very clean, right across from Kmart, around the corner from Coles or Wollies. Around a couple of corners from Maccas, Red Rooster or KFC or there are a couple of steak houses close by too, everything in walking distance 😁

A Good Budget Hotel”
The Elkira is a good value budget hotel. The room was clean spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is also very good just a few blocks walk from the town centre and the major department stores. It's just showing its age a little but still good value.

Water hot, a/c cold plenty of room in the bathroom. King room has the microwave oven which helps for meals preparation.

A night in Alice”
A good basic motel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location within walking distance of the town. Near a busy road. We felt that the aircon was too noisy to leave on overnight.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Only issue was the security of the sliding door. Being on the bottom floor facing the street, the door had previously been forced open, and was now only held by a chain.

Budget Accommodation”
Good value for money. Bit lazy on the bed making but that didn't worry me. Didn't like the pillows much. Excellent location, close to everything. Friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay and will be back.
