A Picturesque view of Mt. Mayon and Wharf of Legas”
What a great combination of sunrise, a great view of Mt. Mayon and the wharf with calm waters. We got the loft type which is very spacious, clean CR and comfortable bed. It's 5 mins away to Ayala Mall also. However we arrived late in the evening though so the way and elevator going was a bit of challenge. The guards were helpful though =) And if they'll be able to improve their internet connection it would an awesome place to stay.

The location is good if you want to getaway or hide from the crowd. Embarcadero Hotel, situated in the same building of the Embarcadero Mall, is not as vibrant as it used to be. So even if you live locally but want to stay somewhere to retreat and relax and have a good night's sleep at an affordable price within the center, then this place is for you. It is run down, airconditioning not as strong but beddings are comfortable; food places are quite limited in Embarcadero Mall itself but Puregold grocery store is just on the ground floor. Forget about the facilities, they're quite dead.

The place is old and need to be renovated. Elevator was out of service (at the time I checked in).The room I stayed is ok. Definitely not coming back.

Clean rooms and comfortable ”
Location wise, just a few minutes from the city proper. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable too. One thing I observe, the towel is stained but it smells good. Reception area staff should always be approachable and wear a smile. A simple smile offers friendship and welcoming your guest with open arms. Thus, over-all rating superb place to stay and I will recommend this to my friends and family.

Professionalism ”
We are 1st timers in Bicol and we booked via online for 3nights (june 28-july 01) in EMBARCADERO. Rate is reasonable but compared to other Provincial hotels i stayed,cleanliness of this hotel is disappointing. OLD towels, pillows smells old too and there were mosquitoes in the room at night. Worst is : Since our return flight to Manila is early morning of July 1, i checked and asked the front desk (july 30, around 4pm), if we can get any transport service from this hotel to the Airport upon our check out on the next day. i gave her our estimated departure from the hotel which will be 4:30am or before 5am. the lady told me, there is no taxi that we can get outside, that early. but they can call their contact (transport service) once we need one. So i ask the front desk officer if i need to book ahead of time, and the lady said, they can do it for us. All we have to do is just to come down and approach the front desk if we are ready to go to the airport, and the front desk officer on duty, will take care of it. however, to our dismay, When we checked out on July 01, 4:30am and went to the front desk and asked the lady to call a transport service for us, she just answered "ay mam wala pong taxi sa labas ng ganitong oras". So i told her what was the arrangement with her collegue a day before. But that lady at the front desk, reasoned out that they can't contact any transport service. So i told her, you can tell us everything and your stories but that ishow we were assured by the front desk officer yesterday. So since i was already mad, i told the lady that you have to find ways how we can go to the airport. But the lady just ignored me and pretend that she was busy and pretend to be talking to another guest who has the headset, and standing in front of her. So i told that lady... " Sorry Miss but i will report to your Management the attitude you showed us. Then, i approached the guy with a radio (also a hotel employee) if he can assist us to find a car t

It was ok. Could use more "improvement"”
Elevator isn't working and the aircon for my room (414) queen loft wasn't that cold. Set it at 18° but the room temp could only reach 22° at most. Usually at 24° and it's a big deal for someone who can't sleep when the room isn't cold enough. Requested them to make the room, yes it was cleaned and the bed was made but the utensils I borrowed along with the used mug and glass wasn't replaced or washed. Ending=ants were crawling around that place near the vanity mirror 🙄 aside from that, its ok for its price.
