Perfect ”
Everything was perfect in everyday, we have stayed here on a number of occasions when flying or returning from holidays. Lovely evening meal, soft beds with beautiful linen, crisp and clean rooms, superb breakfast. Great taxi service to Manchester airport , 5 mins away .We are booked again for September . The Etrop Grange is an extremely old building , maintaining it must be a nightmare of regulations and expensive building costs and on going , yet they manage to be doing just that without disruption to clients. Excellent service”
This is an excellent hotel, on this occasion we arrived by train and was picked up very quickly from the station.The driver gives you all details you need while in transit.Very quick check in.The room was good clean and had everything we needed.The staff at this hotel all seem to work together and are knowledgeable about all the departments.Driver waiting in reception next morning to transfer you to the terminal, could not ask for more. thank-you

I would definitely recommend staying here. Homely, clean, good food, fine sized rooms - old building with character. So near to airport that we walked. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to & from the airport even during the night. Parking not a problem. Food excellent. Food & drink can be served at any time.. I would stay there again. Thank you.

Lovely friendly staff very comfortable room and bed with tv iron ironing board tea and coffee lots of hot water and essential washing / shower soap. Breakfast was great and no trouble to the staff. Picked up from the train station immediately on phoning and taken to terminal 3 as soon as the request was made. Nothing was any trouble Have already recommended hotel to family.

Ideal location at Manchester Airport”
Pre flight stay. Our 3rd time here and wouldn’t stay elsewhere now when flying out of Manchester early morning. Free airport transfers. Always a great start to the holiday. Great staff who sorted out the disastrous booking with Agoda who got the date wrong twice and then booked us in on 2 different dates. Will book direct with hotel next time.

I appreciate the service. They fetched us from the train station then dropped us on the airport after our stay. Room was clean and complete with the things that we need for the night. Food quite expensive though on the dinner but that was expected since it is a hotel. Good deal with the breakfast though. Overall we appreciate our stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst between flights. We got a taxi from Terminal 1 which took 5 minutes and cost £5.50. Transfers back are provided free of charge by the hotel. The hotel is also a 15 minutes walk away from the airport although it is on an incline so could be awkward with suitcases. The hotel is old but well cared for. The rooms were surprisingly spacious with large modern bathrooms. Staff are polite and very professional. This will be our hotel of choice when flying to / from Manchester in the future.

I think I will always use this hotel when travelling from Manchester airport in future. The staff are really friendly and helpful, including free gifts to and from the airport and the station. Although this isn't the 'poshest' hotel I've ever been in, what matters to me is customer service and they get 5*++ for that. Also, although I didn't have time to eat at the hotel it was great to see a good variety of vegetarian and vegan options.

Lovely 9 minute walk from the station. Really lovely staff gave us a great welcome. We ate in the restaurant and loved our meals. The staff in there were also really lovely and took care of us. The bedroom was great with a comfy bed. Reception staff in the morning printed our boarding passes for us and explained exactly where we needed to go. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again before flying.

A great location when travelling out of Manchester Airport”
The ‘yellow’ telephone inside the Station concourse did not connect me to the hotel for a shuttle pick up. On the third attempt I got through and the driver was there in minutes....check in was smooth and room perfectly adequate. The breakfast waiter was wonderful...attentive and so efficient, what a great way to start the day, and the English breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend hotel and stay here again.

If you are looking for a Hotel close to the Airport you can't go wrong with this Hotel. Cracking breakfast provided in the morning as well. Very clean and well maintained Rooms and very friendly Staff. They also provide transport to the Airport as well.

Great hotel for airport departures”
Senior citizen, temporarily handicapped with medical moonboot, I was given all the assistance required willingly and cheerfully. Everything about this hotel was great for my overnight stay prior to early morning flight. Didn’t have a breakfast so cannot comment. Transfers only took 5/6 minutes. I booked early so paid a fair price as solo passengers usually get stung with supplements. Thank you Etrop colleagues. I will definitely stay again.

Late Flight Stopover”
Booked in order to break up the onward journey after a late flight arrival. Within walking distance of the airport and very comfortable. Great choice of breakfast and a complimentary shuttle to get back to the train station made the overnight stop a joy.

We have booked with Agoda many times. Staying at Etrop Grange Hotel is very convenient. Its only 5 mins from the Airport and the courtesy car is very good. If you have an early flight its very handy to be so close and saves getting up very early to catch your flight

Gorgeous big room after long journey ”
Lovely 4 poster bed and the kids had a huge very comfortable sofa bed with ample room left over! Really nice furnishings and bathroom was huge. Felt homely after a long journey back from our holiday. Used it as a pitstop to rest before driving back to Scotland however we would happily check in for longer another time. Staff very helpful too. Thanks again
