What can I say about this hotel .. it's an absolute pleasure to be here and stay here each time! The property just oozes class. Extremely clean, chic and functional rooms, superb service (including housekeeping, room service, etc), an excellent bunch of folks on the front desk (Walid and Ziyad in particular) .. the hotel scores 10/10 in each and every category from me, and it's always a pleasure to be staying here. My home away from home! After being closed during lockdown, the property re-opened recently and it's good to be back! My experience this time was superb as well. Quick check-in by Walid, greeted by one of the cleanest rooms I've ever been in. Comfy beds and pillows. Quick room service (you call the front desk and what you want is at your doorstep within 2 mins). The housekeeping staff is also very good and professional, as are the folks on the pool. Good thing this time is that Jaddaf finally has good cheap places to eat, all of which are 2 mins walk away.

This was the 3rd time I stayed at FORM Hotel in Al Jadaf. This hotel is a blueprint of how all hotels everywhere should be! Everything, from the front desk, staff, housekeeping, rooms, cleanliness, lighting, breakfast, and whatever else you can possibly thing of, is exceptional here, which makes for a truly excellent experience. The hotel building itself as well as the rooms are chic and modern, not to mention super-clean. Front-desk staff is easily one of the best I've come across anywhere in the world. Housekeeping is super-quick, courteous and prompt. Everyone always seems to go out of their way to help you with whatever you want. 10/10 for staff, service and the overall experience! Apart from this, the nearest metro station (Al Jadaf) is right in front of the hotel (maybe a 1-2 min walk), so that's super-convenient as well. There's an excellent burger outlet (Skinny Burgers - they serve excellent beef burgers and shakes!), as well as a convenient store nearby.

Excellent Hotel”
Very located, near the metro station so it easy to get to and to move around Dubai. The service was very good and a kind staff. Cleanliness was on point and did not disappoint. The hotel is new and everything is the room is clean and in good condition. As I am not a morning person I missed the breakfast during my all stay but I wish I tried at least once. Internet works fine and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend and will definitely book it again next time. Thanks you

Really an excellent place to stay. Staff are excellent, we were upgraded to one of the larger rooms which were so good (great comfortable bed, good inclusions, good view), very close to the metro station so transport was a breeze. Despite being in an area of extensive construction, there was very little noise in the room. Would definitely stay here again in Dubal and will recommend to friends and family

We loved this hotel! We were upgraded which was very nice, the hotel is beautiful lovely view from the room at sunset, and location is nice. Most importantly the staff was amazing ! Always smiley, very welcoming, genuinely happy to see you ! They know how to provide a good service more than much more luxury hotel we've seen in Dubai, and seem to really love and enjoy their job with a good team spirit, that's what gives this hotel such a nice atmosphere. Incredibly helpful, all of them, particularly reception and pool attendant One of the most professional hotel staff I've encountered, thank you to them !!

Location and view of canal are amazing, rooms are not big but enough space, clean and very stylish, designer has a good taste, smart tv, filtered coffee in the room just made me more happy) nice pool with view and tasty and beautiful breakfast !!! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 nights. Firstly I must say for the amount I paid it was very competitive and worth every penny. I booked the Mega Room for two people and it was really comfortable and cleaned daily and come with complimentary mini bar. The staff are all very friendly and always there to assist you for any request you might have! TV has local channels in Arabic but also some English channels are available, but luckily the TV in the hotel are fitted with Google Chromecast so you can watch Netflix, YouTube and other stuff from your smartphone on your TV. The internet connection is super fast anywhere you are in the hotel which is absolutely great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Dubai. It is conveniently located near Al Jadaf Metro station which is a few stops from Dubai Mall and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to the Mall and other main attractions/locations.

I highly recommend Form Hotel! From the outside it doesn't look much, a seemingly nondescript hotel. But once you enter the lobby you'll beet with a very contemporary, clean, welcoming atmosphere. It's very relaxing. They have very good rooms which are very well kept considering they're already 3 years old. I'm still raving over their rooms. It's just the right size but I love the layout. You can see that the hotel has attention to detail from the interior design to their toiletries in the bathroom. The whole bathroom smells like a spa. But the highlight for me is the customer service. Every one of the staff should be commended for going beyond their duty to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Special mention to Joelle, Noel and Teresa. I would definitely stay here again! Well done! I look forward to staying here again!

First time in Dubai and i have no idea what is install for me. But the best part for my trip is the stay i had in this hotel. Even though it’s surrounded by construction site,the service make up for everything. Friendly staff whom always go the extra mile to help. Nice modern room which i enjoyed staying in most of the time. 5 stars definitely and I wouldn’t mind staying here again!! Thank you for the good hospitality:)

100% Satisfaction, hotel location is in the heart of dubai, yes the area is under construction but still all the services around you, and all the attraction is within short distance of drive, everything in the hotel was selected with a high quality material, quick checkin service, easy access to the hotel by a basement parking, staff are professional, no noise from next door hotel guests or even the house keeping staff, GYM is more than enough to who ever knows how to use the machines, The pool area is not too big but honestly I liked it being quite to relax, for the value of money you paid this way more than enough👍🏻

I have nothing but praise for this hotel and its staff! The rooms are super clean and chic, as is the hotel lobby, restaurant. The staff is what sets this hotel apart from all other properties I've stayed in all over the world - each and every one of them (Walid, Ziyad, as well as the entire front desk, sales dept and housekeeping staff in particular) is super nice and friendly, and go out of their way to take care of you and your needs! I rate this hotel 11/10, and this has now become my home away from home!

I stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks whilst working remotely. The hotel was very clean. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Location was also well placed. Highly recommended

We stayed two nights in this property. The stay was really nice and memorable. The hotel is located in the hot of the Dubai city and very near to the skyscraper Burj Khalifa. There are many restaurants around there teachable in 5 to 10 minutes. Recommend 👍

One reason I chose Form was because it was a design hotel and I was curious. I was not disappointed, everything is extremely well thought out and well designed. And everything is well aligned, the service was impeccable and the restaurant was very good too.

Top Hotel, staff were very helpful and location of hotel was spot on. Al Jaddaf metro station is 2 min walk away. Hotel is excellent, rooms are nicely designed, would definitely stay here again.
