Ubytování na lodi”

Ubytování je naproti Margitin ostrov. Výhled z pokojů je na Dunaj nebo silnici, jinak není /mimo apartman/. Samotné pokoje jsou kajutového typu, menší než obvyklý 3* hotel. Koupelna malinká, ale čistá, WC-sprchový kout-umývadlo v dosahu rozpětí paže. Okná nelze otevřít,funguje centrální regulace vzduchu. Snídaně bohaté. V restauraci bylo chladno. Jinak velice pěkně zařízené. Dle recepčního v r. 2016 by měla být rekonstrukce pokojů. Celkový dojem z hotelu průměrný. Dostupnost do centra pěšky cca 30 min.

Good for value, location and it is very fancy!”

Very nice boat, well kept and well cleaned. Nice people at the reception, even if when they heard that we had italian passport, they reacted in a bad way. (This happened also during our dinner at the boat restaurant, they spray a chemical product after we left, even if we live in Hungary since 1 year and have not been in Italy in the past months). A part from this, very nice Superior room, with partial river view, nice assistance from the hotel staff for the extra bed and special request. We will come back to escape from the normal "Budapest life".

Room a bit small, easy for parking place and only hv to pay HUF 525, can park for 24 hour. Overall consider average.

The hotel doesn't exist, it's closed since one year and the staff level you to get on the site then they leave you stranded. It was so frustrating with small kids and we ended up booking new hotel with very high rates after 5 hours struggling to get the staff in vain

The room is small (of course, it's a boat) and the beds are comfortable. The steps of the staircase were rather narrow, so probably difficult for older people or those who have difficulty walking. Rooms on the city side were noisy all Saturday night, but otherwise quiet. Breakfast buffet was good, but at this time of year (February) the restaurant wasn't open in the evening. The immediate neighborhood has many small, interesting restaurants. The hotel is an easy walk to the center.

Great location, lovely views, clean and tidy en-suite cabin, and good breakfast. Could be improved with a lounge and bar area. Great value in a capital city centre

I can not recommend a hotel in which my room haven't been cleaned from Friday until Monday . I notified the receptionist on Saturday and he told me that for 4 days there no cleaning service and provide me new towels. In addition, the receptionist provided me a whatapp number and my request was unanswered in my stay ( from Friday until Monday).

The best room we have stayed in Budapest”

We travelled Budapest several times, but the Fortuna boat hotel was so far the best room we stayed. The reception was very friendly, breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable, clean, warm and with beautiful view. It is very close to the centre. Perfect stay

Great hotel - Avoid breakfast”

Good location for the price - the city is easily accessible by public transport or walking (15 mins from parliament, 45 to the castle). The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. The breakfast was appalling however, would not recommend this option at all.

"Lovely Small Ship" moored on Pest side opposite Margit Island. ”

Room 112 was a very clean standard cabin with restricted but sufficient space, consisting of two windows with an uninterrupted view overlooking the Danube and Margit island, two single beds or one double bed if moved together, a small desk, Wifi, small TV, phone, refrigerator, wardrobe and shelving cabinet, AC and heating and a shower, sink and toilet. Hairdryer was available on request. Breakfast and restaurant facilities are available. Considering that Fortuna is a small ship, the cabin space was much larger than a standard cabin on a cruise ship. The location was ideal, just a seven minute walk to a very efficient Margit bridge tram stop. There was no tea/coffee facility in the room, something we missed most. The TV offered only 5 Hungarian channels when reception was available. After every shower, even though the curtain was fully drawn, left the floor next to the sink and toilet soaking wet. The reception staff were all English speaking. Airport shuttle in front of hotel.

Staff very young and gave us no advice. Every time we approached them they looked scared. We found information for ourselves about the area which is a shame as it meant we were on the back foot to start our touring of the area. The value was good but our sheets were't changed as they said they would be.

Interesting stay if u don't mind somewhere a bit walk from central however there is a bit shopping center and interesting market just 800m away.

very rude staff”

Me and my wife were given a twin bed on the first night. I requested them to change the next morning upon which the staff said ok. When we came back to the hotel later that day they had not changed the bed. They did not apologize a single time for this and when I said I had booked a double bed ("because we are a couple") the man at the reception simply said write down a complaint. The toilet was enormously smelly, rooms were too small, staff (the man at the reception was very rude and useless). I know its a cheap hotel but you don't get value for money even if you pay less.

great value for a short time visit. beautiful view, easy parking, great bar. the only negative the rooms are small.

Nice experience but too far from the centre”

Room was cleaner than expected breakfast was great. Location is the only downfall. But there is a Trầm near by.

We stayed 3 days in superior room No 202. This is the best room on the boat - large enough with best view. Good cleanliness. Polite staff. Good breakfast. Good WiFi. Hotel has good location - approx. 1,5km to Parliament (10-15 min walk) I'm really happy of your stay and honestly recommend this hotel.
