Moc jsme se na hotelu nezdržovali. Jinak je hotel velmi hlučný, vše je přes dveře a stěny slyšet i z vedlejších pokojů, úklidová služba chodila zásadně v čase kdy jsme spali nebo snídali (kolem 9:00 - 10:00 hod a opětovně večer když jsme byly na pokoji), personál nás při příchodu vůbec neinformoval, že mají transfer na pláž a když jsme ho využili, bohužel došlo k dalšímu zklamání. Transfer nás vyložil na pláži bez toalet, sprch, restaurací, prostě úplně bez ničeho, přitom v ponuce byla i pláž jumeriah beach park, která je bohužel uzavřena, ale o tom nás personál opětovně nijak neinformoval a tuhle informaci jsme se dozvěděli až od šoféra když nám oznámil, že dál na pláž nepojede. Když jsme tedy nechtěli 6 hodin trávit na pláži bez ničeho, museli jsme si zaplatit taxi dál. Bydleli jsme ve studiu s kuchyňkou, kde nebylo kde odložit omyté nádobí, nebylo ho čím umýt ani čím utřít. Pokud jsme nechali něco špinavé ve dřezu, úklidová služba to umyla, ale vše nám zůstalo mokré na lince. Celkem dost cestujeme a tenhle hotel patřil spíše do kategorie zklamání. Ani rodiče nebyli spokojeni, takže příště bychom určitě volili jiný hotel.

V tomto hotelu jsme byli jen dve noci, ale personal byl nade vse ochotny. Prileteli jsme brzy rano a check-in misto ve 14:00 jsme dostali jiz v 8:30. Vse nam ochotne vysvetlili a vzdy byli napomocni. Primo pred hotelem obchod s potravinami, sauna, dva bazeny, fitko - vse ciste. Jediny minus byli holubi, kteri pri snidani byli VELMI otravni a drzi. Pokud nikdo u stolu nezustal, litali na stoly a zrali nedojedene jidlo.

We loved the 15 days stay at GS-5”
GS-5 was awesome place. it is truely value for money. brekafast was too good as they catered to all types of bf options. Staff was very co-operative, every day cleaning was too good and prompt. Shivraj was very good in his cleaning work. reception staff was very responsive, maintenance guys wuld be solving all room issues immediately. location of hotel is very convenient. I will definitely recommend GS-5 for my friends and relatives when they visit dubai next time. Restaurent guys were very accomodative considering we had 2 small kids who wuld be creating some noce during morning breakfast. I am thankful to GS05 making our stay pleasant and wish them best luck for more success

Excellent Value for Money; Perfect for Groups”
We stayed in the Golden Sands Apartment 10 and it was very near Spinneys Supermarket which would make it convenient to buy ready-to-eat food or ingredients for you to use in the Apartment's well-sized kitchen. Room was kept clean and offered very big space for a group to enjoy spending time in the hotel. Very near Metro Station and short taxi ride to the Al Fahidi historical district. Perfect for 1st time visitors who would want to explore Old Dubai. Need to transfer though to the newer district/ area when you'd want to move on to see the splendor of the newer wealthy side of Dubai.

My friend and I stayed for a night at Golden Sands 3. We both can say that our stay was comfortable from the check-in till we checked-out. Ubed and Karim were very kind and helpful assisting us about the facilities of the hotel. Due to ongoing pandemic, we were hesitant to stay in hotel at first but when we arrived we felt safe as they have their own machines or facilities to keep us safe from Corona. Everyone was so welcoming and hospitable. They always greet you with a smile. Will definitely come back again. Thanks!

I would like to commend the staffs in the hotel named Arif and Nithin. They are really considerate to their clients and they are the only one who helped me adjusting my check in time in priority! This 2 are the good asset of the company! Kudos to u too! And because of this, i do recommend this hotel apartment. Its nice, clean, budget friendly, spacious and convenient for family or groups. The staff and management for provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room weas very well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered was very tasty and hygienic. All of the staff were cordial and accommodating. Special appreciation the excellent housekeeping staff for being very friendly and servicing my room every day to keep it squeaky clean. On the whole a very pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend for future stays short or long in Dubai.

A perfect apartment hotel with a very peaceful relaxing atmosphere. A conscientious, polite and efficient hotel staff team that are very accommodating to it's guest's needs and requests . They will definitely serve you to the highest standards and go the extra mile for you.. Clean, spacious apartment room with good wifi connectivity. In room facilities include all kitchen utensils needed, microwave, hot plates to cook on and washing machine. There are daily refills of all amenities including tea , coffee and mineral water. The hotel is in a quiet location, but is easy to get a taxi outside and the metro and bus stops are only a short distance walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for its good value for money, high standard of facilities and exceptional customer service.

I have stayed at this hotel 11 night The staff are very helpful the hotel location is good you wil get taxi anytime from outside. There are lots of restaurant in 4 minute walk plus a big spinnys supermarket around 2 minutes walk inside is McDonalds kfc money exchange etc... Its not a budget hotel its 4 star hotel with 5 star service..... The room service is every day comes and change your bedding and tidy up Plus additional All room have 3 bedroom. kitchen .dining area plus Kettle...with milk sugar tea bags Fresh towel ...iron with iron board ...safe ...i will highly recommend.....
