Stayed at this hotel for a week as part of my Business Visit to the Bracknell Area. Overall - Good value for money. Hotel has perfect location, very near to the train station and within the shopping complex which has many restaurants and retail outlets. Room size was good and it was clean. Room service and staff are good too. Hotel seemed very old. Room size was good enough. Bathroom had a bath and shower. Furniture is quite dated and probably needs renovation. Bath was small and shower had no pressure, water temperature too was either very hot or very cold. Bathroom door had a mid of its own, you could not completely keep it open when you want. Mini bar didn't open.

Being told because i did not book direct with hotel i must pay for car parking with add ons its not value for money paying your company a small under price reduction because it works out more expensive for customers you should let people no the true facts before they book to stop them being shocked by car parking price and extras for breakfast. Would you book this offer through your own web site very unlikely hidden extras made it more expensive is this the case with your over bookings??? This was my first booking with your company. Great hotel in the centre of Bracknell. Very clean and comfortable with big rooms. Breakfast is very expensive if not included. And to clarify, parking is only included if your booking says it. Otherwise you have to pay and display. But we stayed from midnight to 1pm the next day and it was only £8.

Room not as expected. ”
Would not book through agoda again. The picture was showing and describing a suite but we were given a standard room. The receptionist informed us there were no suites left so we had no choice but to stay. I went onto the late rooms/agoda site to contact someone but there no telephone number. I then went back onto the advert and they were still advertising suites. Very disappointed was an understatement.

Book elsewhere for the money”
Room has uncomfortable folding bed which we kept banging into , nothing like what We expected for the money. Ate in restaurant which was also overpriced and not very good. Passed on breakfast as ridiculous price for nothing special. Disappointed, don’t recommend at all.

Next to shopping centre”
Nice hotel next to shopping centre so everything you need is conveniently located downstairs. We stayed here for an event in Bracknell Leisure Centre, which was around a 5min drive. The decor is a bit outdated, nothing fancy for a 4-star hotel. But all in all it was fine for one night.

Friendly and relaxing place ”
The staff were excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, room service was superb. Checking in and out was easy. Only issue was parking and cost me a further £20 something I am not used to paying when I stay at any hotel. I’m disabled and parking was too far to walk but no service offered apparently I didn’t pay for that. Bracknell has everything connected via car parking and walkways so not considerate of disabled people.

Good clean hotel in central Bracknell. Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Make sure parking is included in the deal if not directly booking with the hotel.

Perfect hotel for Ascot”
We stayed the night before royal ascot. Perfect location,friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and the beer garden was a brilliant surprise. The only negative was the cost of Breakfast at £18! The steak was cheaper the night before. Absolute joke! There are several breakfast cafes in the shopping centre below which is where I would recommend going.
