Great South London hotel”
Great hotel. The staff was very professional, even the cleaner standing outside heeled kindly guide me to correct door. The room was very clean. There was even shower soap and hand soap in canisters to pump in bathroom. Extra towels sent to me in less than 5 minutes. The only thing I can ask for change is allow us to eat in the room. They wouldn't deliver our food we ordered downstairs be delivered to the room. I would even pay to have fridge in room.

Brilliant location. Situated in the modern, redeveloped area of east Croydon. The hotel is literally 2 minutes from East Croydon station which has quick access into London.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was perfect loved the variety and freshness. Location couldn’t be any better next to the train station , walking distance ( 1 minute max) to a coop mini market. Prada d was kind enough to provide us with breakfast boxes cause we had to take a very early flight. Would come again to stay.

Great helpful staff, lovely accommodation, good breakfast Parking an issue and noisy 3 men (management team?) apparently at breakfast time who need to be considerate. All in all a good hotel.

In the Middle of Busy London ”
Was there for my business trip and have 2 appointment in a different place and choose the hotel because the location is in the middle of 2 venue that I need to visit. Even though I had been put in a inter joining disabled room. The stay was fantastic. Parking was reasonable. The only thing I would say is that when the hotel is of high capacity with guests, they did struggle to accommodate for seating at breakfast. The earlier you go for breakfast the better probably!

Great stay. Easy to locate. Near train station. Excellent staff with special mention to a lady named Monika who helped us out while we needed assistance.
