When we checked in here, we were welcomed with the Robot staffs which is really cool! Our room is very small which I think is like a normal size hotel room in Japan. So we dont really have a place to put our luggages and stuffs. Very clean! We have a huge TV and they provide a smart phone with fast internet so you can use it while visiting the rest of Tokyo. Bathroom is small too but clean! And YES, they have a bidet!! A good bidet ;) Location is good too. There’s restaurants and convenience stores nearby and the Hamamatsucho station is like 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. You can actually see the tokyo tower in the hotel Staffs are very friendly and nice! Overall our stay was excellent! Will definitely go back again!

I will stay at this place again the next time i visit Tokyo. Interesting experience with robot reception. Room was decently spacious and was happy with the size of the bathroom (a wee bigger than the usual small-ish bathroom/toilets). Every bit counts for a big sized man :) Good convenient location.

Rooms at 11th floor and up have views of Tokyo Tower. 1 min away from Daimon Station. ”
Room 1109 had good corner view of city and Tokyo Tower. TV had Google ChromeCast. Sausage breakfast. Well-designed rooms. 1 min away from subway and about 2 min from JR. Would stay again. More modern than I expected!

Great location close to south end of Tokyo and many public transportation options ”
Pros: Great location as it's only less than 5 mins walk across the street from Hamamatsucho JR Yamanote line (green line)/monorail/Oedo line(red line). Remember to take north exit out. Elevators closer to north exit/center of stn. Clean, quiet (while we were there) NON SMOKING ! Lots to eat in and around the area & at Hamamatsucho stn. Closest convenience store is on the way to the hotel on the right side of the lights on the main street. About 3 mins from hotel. Family mart on 2nd floor of train stn in WTC building(connected to train stn). Excellent location away from main tourist area. Closer to Tokyo stn/Ginza area and new toyosu fish mkt (new tsukiji market location)/Odaiba area... Rm size adequate. Cons: If you're going to Ikebukaro /Shibuya /Shinjuku /Harajuku areas then best not to stay here as it's at least 30 mins away. Don't spend precious time on subways /trains. No early check in but you can leave luggage before and after check in /out. No charge while I was there.

Self check in system with robot but staff is available if help is needed. Hotel and room is clean. Very near to subway which just need less than 5 mins walk and JR line also nearby which need around 5 to 7 mins walk. Value for money to stay in this hotel.

Facility was totally new and clean, satisfying amenities. Especially laundry cleaner was really useful. Check-in process is hard to understand, spend 10 minutes till getting the card key. This could be improved. Breakfast is hot dog only, so may not suggest to take breakfast plan if you are staying more than 1 night.

Quirky Hotel”
it’s called ‘weird’ (in Japanese) but quirky better suits it. It’s one of the first hotels that uses robots in the lobby. The rooms are typically small but well furnished. They’re clean and well equipped with the latest gadgets. It’s quite an enjoyable experience.

Close to JR station. Amazing experience at check in with robots. Loved the room. Comfy bed. Working WiFi. Also loved the refresher/steamer machine in room. Breakfast option in lobby. It was all and more that I wanted. I would certainly stay again. Thank you.

Great location! Cool robots but a little creepy. Clean and interesting facilities.”
Robot's were cool but as most have noted is a gimmick. You actually sign-in on a tablet. Room was great with an interesting closet that steams, presses and deodorise your clothes. Great for the overnight business traveller I guess. Everything else was good!

Hotel with Robots at the front desk, that's fun but they are more automats than robot. The check in system is very convenient and fast. The room is very clean, a bit small but big enough for me. I traveled with one medium size suitcase, and i recommend to choose one with top opening, as the regular one could be difficult to open in some hotel room. This is a high tech Hotel, the room is with a very large screen on the wall, there is a hub and so you can cast from your handphone on this screen with chromecast. other think in the room is a big appliance to refresh and /or iron your clothes. the bathroom is clean and big enough. Overall a good place to sleep.

The location is very good, close to both JR and subway. the check in process is smooth with foreiner passport. There are many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for great location and conveinience.

Even by Japanese standards the room was small and the robot reception is just a gimmick that fails. Better to call the staff. If you can get a cheap rate it is ok, if not I would look elsewhere.

Great hotel for solo travelers or those after a quirky experience”
The rooms are small but good for one person or for a few nights. Right near the station and walkable distance to the Tokyo tower and yurikamone monorail for odaiba. Offers a unique checkin experience with robots checking you in however there are human staff around too if you have trouble checking in for any reason. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are brand new and have everything you need, including your own aircon which you can control as well as a unique clothes refresher which is brilliant! Was like having your clothes steam cleaned while you slept. All in all I would happily stay here again though my only disappointment was having only one pillow on the bed for a single room, would’ve been nice to have had two but otherwise thanks for a great stay!
