Fantastic stay - highly recommended!”
The hotel, room and staff were all lovely. Location is great - you are a very small stroll away from Liverpool One shopping centre, the food court and the docks etc. The rooms are spacious and the bed was super comfy. If I was staying in Liverpool again I’d definitely choose the Hilton.

Stayed in the exec room and had access to the lounge which was very nice . Room was lovely and spotless. All staff were great apart from one miserable gentleman who was beyond rude. Location is perfect. I would certainly recommend.

The best part of this hotel is the bed! Very comfortable as we can easily fall asleep. The view of the docks from our bedroom is very satisfying too. What needs to be worked on (especially during this Covid period) is just he general cleanliness. I saw a couple of cobwebs at the corners of my room which made me wonder when it was last cleaned. Also, the tv remote was a but dusty but I did not want to make a big deal of it and dusted everything away myself. I was also wondering why there were not bathrobes and room service menu in the bedroom. Not sure whether they took everything away due to Covid restrictions. They should have mentioned it on the website if they did. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Thank you.

I have several areas for improvement . :- The Executive Lounge ,just does not work, it must be the smallest Hilton executive lounge, i have come across and there is little choice available, , Breakfast could be improved if the bread was fresh . I think the bread loaves had been there all weekend, they tasted like cardboard. For some reason ,piped music is played all day ,in the public areas. ?

I have informed the staff about 3 reservations for 4 nights since check-in. But the staff asked me to update the card on the 2nd day, which I did, and on the last day I went out in the afternoon. come back at night can't enter the room And everything was carried out by the housekeeper from the room. keep it in the lobby without any contact
