Difficult to locate on the Satnav. Furniture in the room was poor and ill-fitting. Restaurant was mediocre, food was basic and the toaster was rubbish!! Maybe check the venue and events before you book.

Really good customer service at the hotel ”

When we got to the hotel we were told we only had a room that was for 2 adults sharing not my little girl to luckily they upgraded us to a different room but had said we shouldn’t of been able to book as we did with a little one as there isn’t enough room for a travel cot in the room we had booked I put this down to the agoda website being wrong as I added my little one right at the start and they didn’t query it once so thankyou to the hotel staff for being so accommodating but agoda needs to be more thorough when booking rooms

The hotel is in a good location, however it is certainly not Hilton standards and in need of improvement on the tired interior. This hotel has the look of a travelodge rather than a hilton.

not up to standard”

Lift was out of order when I checked in. No heating until I requested. Cups are not clean and showering water was wesk. Reception service were not quite friendly.

Rooms need an update”

Room very old. Bed was Queen size but quilt was standard and had a hole in it. USB charging point not working correctly ( 7hr to 70% ). New large smart TV. Breakfast amazing with gluten free options.

Good value for money”

This hotel is good value for money. It is located close to the Open University so if you are in Milton Keynes for that purpose then it's great. Otherwise it's a bit out of town but it's not too much of a problem. Friendly staff good food. Recommended

Exactly what I would expect from a Hilton”

Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast. Even had gluten free cereal!

My stay was generally good. The thing that let it down was the food. Really not great at all.

Short stay at the beautiful Hilton Milton ”

Not the usual Hilton standard”

The staff were extremely helpful during my stay and the only reason why I would rate this hotel anywhere near 4 star.. The room was tired and needed some work. The paving slabs were loose on the balcony, most of the knobs were missing from the furniture and the bathroom had been badly patched. I did not think that the room was up to the usual Hilton standard and was not value for money. I could have stayed at a budget hotel, like the Premier Inn and had a better quality room.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful from house keeping, reception and restaurant. Very pleasant weekend break. Thank you all!

Family re-union”

Very good, there were one or two toilet issues, pan unstable and seat and pelmet piece of wood detached from the main part covering the toilet door. That did not spoil our stay and we did mention this to the staff who were most apologetic and were on the 'cas' straight away.
