The reception staff both on checking in and checking out was so welcoming and professional, one of the best receptions I have been to. The room was clean spacious and comfortable, clean fluffy sheets and pillows, had a perfect sleep. The hotel grounds are spacious and have a harvester on the premises. My hotel price included the breakfast, which was nice and filling, scrambled egg, bacon, sausage and rolls, fruit, yoghurt, fruit compote, drinks. but if you want a vegetarian option and fried or poached eggs or a more posh breakfast, then simply cross over to the harvester. The hotel bar was comfortable and nice hotel grounds outside. Definitely recommended. Also for your evening meal.....harvester on the premises.

This is our third year staying in this hotel over Christmas and it was as pleasant as ever.”
Can't praise this hotel enough. This is our third year staying at the Holiday Inn Express over the Christmas period. Three of us travel down from Scotland to visit family and decided to stay 3 nights instead of our usual two. It's a perfect location for us, and the staff on duty over the Christmas period were especially welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, which has always been the case. The breakfast catered for all tastes and the staff on duty on Christmas Day and Boxing day were so kind and helpful. Another bonus for us after a long journey is The Harvester being on the doorstep. We've eaten there on the first evening of each of our stays and always find the staff friendly and the food lovely.

On arrival we had a few minor problems, I had double booked in error. Happier to deal with this the next morning which they did. Just 2 points that when you arrive and you are tired from a long journey to be a little more understanding not on your case immediately. Also the shower could have been cleaner !! Otherwise very impressed ,quiet room and two options of pillows, no shampoo ? but a good idea .Breakfast a smaller plate COMMON SENSE no taking advantage of a basic, tasty breakfast !! Tis works, lovely meet and greet also very impressive

Good stay but staff......”
Very good stay for 2 nights.close to gullivers and woburn which is what we wanted. Only negative being staff didnt know much about different types of restaurants close by. We managed to find some less than 10 mins away but when we asked staff they didnt have a clue. I would assume they get a lot of different types of people coming through their doors so being more aware would be a lot better.so not impressed with that.

There is a plenty of free parking space for guests, check in and out were fast. Breakfast was good but there seems not enough staff to cater the demand in the morning. Overall, a good stay.

Everything in here is fine apart from I have no internet access at my room unless I pay 5quid per day. WiFi access in public area with limited time. Breakfast serves in different time in weekend and weekday
