Awesome Stay”
Everything was perfect and on point. 5 Star service for Lonela Ionita , who guided us and provided local maps which was much appreciated. Room was nicely decorated by staffs and a surprise cake was provided to us. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries was well equipped. Location wise : Very centralised. Less than 5 mins walk to the train station and also to the nearest tram station. Would definitely choose the hotel again idf we are to visit Manchester again.

Lovely hotel ”
Well placed hotel just away from the picadilly Gardens and not far from the train station. Trams are easy accessible also from the hotel. Reception is welcoming with friendly helpful staff. Lifts are provided for all floors. Rooms are always exceptionally clean and tidy

3 min walk from Piccadilly station, short walk to the rest of the city centre, clean rooms, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean, spacious. Loved the bathroom. Location is so close to Piccadilly station, less than 5 Mins walk, and also close to the bus station and city center. It has Starbucks on the lobby, so that's very convenient. Aircon is a bonus. But I had to wait for about 15mins to check in because of the queue at the reception. So I think the hotel should put more staff at check in counter especially at peak hour after 3pm.

Perfect Location”
Very perfect location, easy access to the Piccadilly Train Station a lot to see within the surrounding just by walking. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly, gorgeous & well mannered.

Best location : 2min walk from Piccadilly station with slope for luggage all along the way, close to Selfridges and center of Manchester Staff : Nice and willing to help Room : Big room & Clean, Good bed and blanket Reasonable price Highly recommended

Great hotel at heart of the city, walking distance to picadely train station which has direct service to airport, many shops and restaurants around. super clean and extremely comfortable room, breakfast is ok

Beautiful, elegantly furnished rooms. Fancy bathroom. Fantastic location…hundreds of restaurants and cafes nearby with plenty of halal options. Plus chicken is halal at the hotel itself. Piccadilly station 3 min walking distance away. Nice breakfast…could have had more variety though.

Located within the heart of the city. Very Comfortable rooms with great facilities. I have stayed here several times now and never encountered any issues or noise.

The Manager, a Lady, who was responsible in the early morning of the 27th February, when we came was very helpful and professional and cooperative. Cristina who served us in breakfast, is very polite, kind, joyful and helpful.

Very convenient for Piccadilly Station”
Arrived around midnight on Sunday evening on the train. Thankful for the police on duty. Hotel itself comfortable, rooms clean and reasonably well appointed, breakfast excellent, staff helpful. Preferred this to the Doubletree, where I stayed last time when in the area.

Need to ask for slipper and water, and only allow two slippers for each room, and the altitude of her voice is not polite at tall
