I thoroughly enjoy my stay here each and every time. The staff are lovely, the rooms are fantastic and the facilities are great. Breakfast is delicious and the staff genuinely cannot do enough for you! No request too big or too small! I’m over in Manchester 3 times in August and I can guarantee I will be booking The Ibis on Princess Street! Thanks for another enjoyable stay guys

The location is great for central Manchester shopping. Car park in Charles St is £10/24 hours. Hotel has bar and restaurant. Staff are very helpful. Would highly recommend as very good value for money.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Room is clean and there’s everything. It’s not far from centre and Piccadilly train station, 10-15mins for walking. There are many bars around. Really like this hotel and staff.

Pros: location is fine but not the best for me Need to walk for a while till city center. Cons: no minibar in the room and lighting is not the best not suitable if u wanna read or work but is ok with good price

The hotel had good value. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. However, the location is a bit walking distance from Picadilly station. The structure of room is a bit unfunctional. Since the bathroom is in the middle of the room, everytime one enters it, other is waken up by the light.

Overall, the room was ok, but there was urine and something looked like blood in the bathroom, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all on that day. It was really disgusting!

The hotel is £49 worth. Very basic but good value. The issue we had was being told by the receptionist to use the car park over the road and then going out in the morning to pick up the car only to find the car park LOCKED FOR 2 WEEKS over Christmas with a load of cars still inside. It took 2 hours to finally get someone to open up for us and a bunch of other drivers. It’s not the hotels fault it surely someone should be telling the staff to warn the guests.

My order is a large bed. The hotel gave me twin beds. The staff said it was Agoda error when sending them the information, inter alia, the room Is for disabled persons. The staff told me that all rooms were fully booked. But, I finally could get a king size bed room after I expressed my insisted objection.
