It could be let known that the staff may not be able to speak English, the night staff did so that was good

It was everything you'd want in a love hotel and more. It was awesome. The bath was the best thing about the room because it was like a Jacuzzi.

N/A we were refused service.

On arrival we were dutifully ignored by staff despite ringing the bell and making eye contact with the receptionist, who was not busy. After making it clear we wouldn`t leave the staff reluctantly opened the reception window and tried to tell us to leave, mostly using the crossed arm "dame" gesture. It took further effort to get them to look at the printed booking confirmation (in Japanese) and to get anyone to speak to us. I speak a moderate amount of Japanese, but the staff had no interest in communicating with me. In the end we were forced to give up with no explanation other than "部屋がありません" (we have no rooms). I cannot say for certain if we were turned away because we were clearly not Japanese or because the hotel does not properly honor bookings made online. Either way it does not seem that online reservation of this hotel can be trusted.

We had arranged early check-in after the time of booking, this was not available. When we arrived at the hotel we were turned away (in the pouring rain and the hotel isn't near anything interesting) for 3 hours as they had rented out our room for the afternoon (despite us pre booking it)

The location is within walking distance from the Uguisudani station.

The receptionist doesn't speak English. Be aware this is the so-call love hotel, where most guests usually stay only for a few hours and I guess make guests smoke in the room. The room itself is Okay. But the fragrance in the room, which I think is used to deodorize, makes me nauseous when I wake up in the morning.

We happened to arrive early and they were nice enough to let us check in (about an hour early). It was about 5-8mins walk to the nearest train station Uguisudani Station, with a convenience store along the way. The room was small but it was well-decorated (I liked the chandelier light and the floor light under the bed). Overall, it was just an ok stay (could be better).

TL;DR: Like a stylish motel: small and stuffy/smoky. Maybe if you do not have any expectations, then you would not be disappointed like me. It is located in a neighborhood filled with other love hotels, gave it a seedy motel vibe. We stayed for 2 consecutive nights and whenever we went out, we had to leave our keys with the front desk. Since it is not as common for people to stay consecutive nights, make sure you communicate that with them so they do not charge you a fee or make you check out and check back in (as it seems to be the case with other love hotels) since they did not list it in the instructions. But I think staying here 1 night is enough (if you want that "love hotel experience"), I do not recommend staying here too long since it is not the best. They were almost going to charge me double (my total as a per night price instead of for total stay) so make sure you have your booking confirmation with the price total listed to show them. They were apologetic and friendly though, so it may just have been an honest mistake. The room pictures on the website looks fancier and brighter than it actually is. We didn't get to choose rooms, I was hoping to since the Booking.com website showed a variety of color-themed rooms and I wanted to avoid a tacky looking one, but we were just assigned to a room so it's a surprise with what you'll be getting. The room was smoky and stuffy but luckily we were able to switch rooms since the light & AC equipment wasn't working in our room. It was much better in the new room, with only a very faint smoke smell so we just opened the windows and blasted the air/wind circulation. (Please note that they don't offer non-smoking rooms as I found last minute, so if you are sensitive to smoke, I'll say avoid). Practically everything is in Japanese so we had to play with the buttons to figure out the lighting and AC/fan/heater.

当サイトの部屋の写真は、このホテルの最高ランクの部屋なので予約しましたが、通された部屋はもっと安い部屋で、最高ランクの部屋はふさがっているとの回答。 ただ、スタッフの対応は良いホテルでした。

テレビが大きくてよかった。見た映画がすごい面白かった。

部屋に入ったら電気がつかなくてフロントに電話したり、物を借りるためにテレビで注文したらフロントから電話来たりで、ホテルではあまり人と話したりしたくないのに何度も電話する羽目になって嫌だった。

１階の受付はピーという音が退室するまで何時間も鳴っていて 神経質になり、部屋は臭い。 ５：００～２４：００まではREST可能 到着は８時４０分 RESTを要求したが、時間外なので、宿泊しかできないと言われた。 外の看板に書いてある時間はなんだ？

思った以上に静かできれいな部屋でした。 たばこのにおいは気にならない程度でした。
