Amazing ..”
It was a nice hotel with perfect location. There is a lot of restaurants cuisines within walking distance. Hotel surrounded by the beautiful river that has a port for cruises. Room size was sufficient and very nice floor to ceiling glass. In my opinion, because of bathroom has glass and can’t cover it ( ask the hotel if it possible) I recommend the hotel to couples. Breakfast need to be improved with more options. The view of the hotel amazing. Thanks to the professional staff for their attitude.

This is really absolutely a great hotel. One (big) minor detail is that the hotel should get a liftboy/girl/jockey ASAP. There are only 3 elavators available for over more than 24 floors. Due the pandemic only 4 persons are aloud in the elavator, but people didn’t follow-up on this rule... the stairs where not on option (only available for emergency’s)... because me and my partner didn’t want to share elavators we had the wait at least 15-25 minutes each time we want to take the elavator and we also had to argue with others because didnt want them to get in the elavator at the same time as us. Can you imagine taking the elavator takes so much time and it also dangerous as other foreign hotel guests where not properly advised about the Dutch social distancing rules or didn’t seem to care. I believe the hotel should take extra measures to get the advise at check in or not overbook the hotel

Nice room and great breakfast”
We really liked our stay, comfortable room. We had a nice view despite not having booked a view-of-the-river room. Breakfast buffet is superb. Really excellent. My only 2 little complaints were that the room got a bit stuffy/hot during the night, even though we had put the aircon on a low temperature. And the water in the bath/shower didn't get very hot. But other than that, great stay and would stay again!

Big room, good view, good location!”
This hotel is located near the metro just 120 meter (walk 1 min) and can see the view of river and Emeras bridge from our room! Very easy to go to the central and airport. The room is Big including bath room.

Very nice hotel”
Very nice arquitecture, not in city centre but available by Uber or metro, the staff was very helpful and nice,( like all dutch people... the are fantastic.) The room was smaller than in photos, but still very confortable, shower and bed amazing and wonderful views to Rotterdam's skyline. The only thing, i didnt know you have to pay 7,88 euros for Rotterdam taxes, i doesnt say anywhere. ...Anyway was great staying there even for one night, thanks.

Our favourite hotel in Rotterdam, thanks to its location and view, staff and excellent breakfast. opnly time and time again staff in the cocktailbar is persistent in underperforming: focused to friends and familiar people and passing by others. Of course mixing cocktails is time consuming but it takes even more time if you're continuously last in line. Ideally we like to have a cocktail before going to our room, but after being disappointed several times it's better to have a drink somewhere else. This is contrary to all other hotel staff which are very friendly.

Modern Hotel with amazing view from the room”
The Hotel is pretty central, just beside the famous bridge. City Center is in walking distance or with a short tram ride. Harbour tours just start on the other side of the bridge (firm: Sido) There are also a few good Restaurant nearby or even in the same building.

Location, location”
Convenient location with both tram and metro just a short walk away for connection to central station. Just across the Eramusburg is where the water bus to Kinderdjik is. So easily accessible. Hotel is very modern and rooms are good size.

Nice hotel, very modern”
The building is fantastic with lots of mod-cons and a lovely view of the river from our room. Friendly staff and a great breakfast, but a little pricey for what it is. All-in-all, would stay here again as it's a decent location and ticks all the boxes.

Great Hotel - Service (Breakfast) needs to be improved”
The Hotel is really nice, the rooms are clean and have a good size. The location is good, just kerp in mind that most of the time the bridge needs to be crossed in order to reach the center. The only thing what i think needs to be improved is the service at breakfast. A lot of tables were not cleaned and it was hard to find a ready table to sit down. Still i would recommend it snd would come again.
