There are more cons than pros, 1)the toilet bowl has stain and not clean 2)the room service not do their duty, as the finished food kep outside of room but it has been there more than 24hours. 3) the breakfast area none of staffs there to do omelette or serve, in fact the main entrance guys seems sleepy and unprofessional. While I asked tissue, he pointed someone else to ask. 4) The plumbing not structured, toilet bowl water not flow properly.

Good stay
Breakfast can have more varieties or more precisely, delicious breakfast. the taste is not up to the expectation. No Lift from parking, but it can be a short exercise. Still it will be difficult for elderly guest.

An unforgettable experience, indeed ...
Unfortunately our experience wasn’t what we had expected. Rancid baths towels and pillows, stained bed sheets and blankets, which caused severe itching, was just the beginning. With countless of ants crawling around the kettle as well as the four walls of the room and only one working power socket in the entire room, the quality was far from satisfactory. Not only was our overnight stay regrettable, the breakfast experience was almost unacceptable. There were limited choices, stale and leftover pastries that were probably from a few days back and most importantly inattentive staff at the breakfast section. Carried away with their casual group conversations, they had totally ignored the presence of all guests that morning (not only us). However I would like to mention the outstanding service from the front desk staff that were extremely friendly, helpful and patient.
