Disorganised but friendly staff
Pros ... the young staff member on the floor looking after guests was very helpful Cons tried to charge me for a heater Although I was assured the inter room door was locked my neighbours walked into my room

Unclean and discomfort
Only location is plus point
Only one positive is, it is nearer to Taj Mahal. But it is very unclean hotel having white bed and pillow covers in brown color due to dirt. Felt itching all over the body due to it, not only to me but for all in our room. Further we booked for 3 person room and they charged for it. But they provided 2 person room which is already compact for 2 person, though they placed another one extra bed some how. Very compact room. Free breakfast also not good. I would suggest to avoid this hotel if you can..

I'd give it a miss
it was cheap, I didnt have to stay long
It's in a bit of a rubbish nasty looking and for Agra that is saying something. I found my key opened any door I tried.

Worst Hotel in Agra
The staff is pathetic, especially the manager. He is egoist and has no sense of respect for any guest. At-least 10-15 guests checked out without even paying the bills.

It was an awful experience
Cant think of any best things in this hotel
It was a awful experience right after from booking where they claimed they had no information, had to make a call to and get them to reconfirm. The staff are so unhelpful and rude, it was really unbelievable. The quality of the room was poor, the staff lack customer centric skills and basic manners. Not at all recommended.

Cramped, uncomfortable and difficult
No wifi in room, no shower partition, triple share room was disgracefully small(barely room for 4 beds)
The stay was uncomfortable at best. The triple share room was tiny. Barely big enough for 3 beds. There was no wifi in the room. The shower had no partition so the water went all over the bathroom and toilet. There were no towels supplied until requested. The restaurant was quiet yet still took 45 minutes to prepare 3 meals, which were poor quality.

Ok hotel
Comfortable new bed, nice staff, new hotel but unfinished
We have been backing india and chose this hotel as somewhere nice for our last stop. It wasn't quite as expected. Yes, it is new but it is unfinished and every detail looks like a rushed job. The room was nice and comfortable, the bathroom small with no bench space at all. The cleaner obviously couldnt get in to clean the sides/behind the sink it is that poorly designed. The staff were nice and tried hard to please. Reception area always had 6 or so staff (men) hanging around the desk doing nothing which was a little intimidating.. And there is lots they could be doing! But we are in India! Breakfast was nice until we were given some water for our tea that looked like pineapple juice (it wasn't juice!) it makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. All in all, the room was nice, staff tried, but don't think we will be coming back for that price.
