Hotel was tiny. Able to open 2 luggage and 1 duffle bag (then there will be not enough space to walk). The bathtub is very safe to use as the water level is unable to go over a certain level as it will start to drain away when it reaches a point. Hotel is located quite a distance from the train stations.

Comfortable stay in Nihombashi”

Room was quite small, but very clean and with complete amenities. Staff are very nice and friendly, and helped us when we had to extend one more night. Buffet breakfast is unexpectedly delicious. Convenience store is also nearby. Nearest station is about 10 mins walk though, but good thing the hotel offers a free bus service to Tokyo Station every morning!

The Hotel location is very confused about taxi drivers. The hotel map provided by the hotel was not understood by taxi drivers. I had a hard time to explain every trip back to the hotel. Luckily, I can explain in Japanese.

SATISFIED WITH ROOM, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!”

So far, this is the best and most affordable hotel one could ever dream of! First, the hotel is just a kilometer away from Tokyo Station, and the nearest subway train station is Mitsukoshimae (5 minute walk from the hotel). Second, though the hotel is near the offices, the surrounding is pretty quiet - even at day time! Third, the room is very clean. Not that very big but it is enough for a family of three (My husband, I and our baby). And the room is kept clean every day. I love the bathroom. Fourth, the staff are all friendly! They speak very basic English, but both can still understand each other. I tried my best to speak with them in my very basic Japanese, and good thing is, they understood me. Fifth, the breakfast is also good, above average (well, for me). Almost everyday, we had our breakfast here before going to our activity for the day. Sixth, there is a free bus service from the hotel to Tokyo Station every day. Just check with them the schedules. Lastly, many restaurants!

Given the real estate restrictions in Japan, this room was great given the convenience of being close to train stations, or the distance to sheltered walkways and underground walkways to the stations. Convenience stores and vending machines being aplentiful in Tokyo, meant that we will never go hungry or thirsty, the nearest vending machine is only 20 seconds away from the entrance/exit of the hotel.

I stayed here for one week and everything just went perfect. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and very clean. Location is amazing. Just a few minutes walking to mitsukoshimae station and tokyo station within 15 minutes walk. Definitely would stay here again.

Kettle was covered with a layer of dust... small size bedroom in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the nearest subway station, Exit A4. (High end shopping area) Receptionists were helpful & polite.

Nearest metro 5 minutes walk, Tokyo station 20 minutes. Location was where we wanted, room was clean comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Minor downsides, room gelt very small even compared to others supposedly the same size, having a bath in the nathroom takes away space from the bedrom part. But, smal rooms are standard in Tokyo and there was enough room for two people.

A very clean hotel with good location. It is near train stations and if you like to walk it is about 38-40 minutes walk to Ginza and Akihabara. Near Family Mart and 7/11. Staff are very friendly and helpful but limited English so you need to have an app translator with you. Buffet breakfast is included in room rate but can become monotonous because it is practically almost the same everyday. Bathroom and rooms are cleaned and towels are changed everyday. They provide shuttle service to stations nearby and to Tokyo City Terminal for free. You just have to ask for the bus schedule because it is limited in the morning only.

Quite location due to far away from Metro station. Not much shops around the hotel. Breakfast sitting areas is quite small. Hotel provides take away box for guest who can't stay in hotel for breakfast which is good. Should be able to find other hotels with similar rate but due to peak season most of the other hotels were fully booked. No disposable slipper at room and found that there is a counter near reception for guest to get one and other amenities. However, the hotel staff didn't inform me or no notice letter put in the room to remind guest...

I stayed in the new building where with new facilities. I have to say this is the cleanest room I've ever stayed in Tokyo. Of course, most of the reason is it's new, but the maintenance by the staffs is also important.

Compact Facility and Great Location”

Location is excellent as it is accessible from several major subway stations. Hotel staff are friendly and facility is good, they have unlimited free wifi in individual rooms. The breakfast provided is very simple but at satisfactory level.

Clean room, quiet location and good basic facilities”

For this price, you can't really get another good hotel at this rate. It is quite worth the money and the good thing is that it is clean and not too small (as compared to our other hotel at Osaka). It takes about 15 minutes walk or about 700 metres to walk to Tokyo station and only 5 mins to the nearest Nihombashi station. There's a 7-11 convenience store just around the corner and a couple of eateries so that's convenient too. It's only a little hassle to take 2 separate elevators--one to access the lobby and another up to your hotel room, and breakfast is so-so and at times you can hear your neighbours if they are loud enough. The good points are that the heater is consistently warm and there's a bathtub for a good relaxing bath after a long day.

The hotel is located in quite a strategic place with the metro station about a 3 min walk. 7-11 down the road, lots of eateries. Possible to walk to Tokyo Station which should take about 15 mins. Great location. It does get quite at night as the area seems to be a business district. Hotel wise, breakfast was simple. No fuss about that. Front desk staff were very helpful. Cleaners and other staff around were very polite. We would definitely stay back here on our next trip in the near future.

here is good for stay. and distance between subway not so far. about 500 meters to entrance subway station. But breakfast not so good have only bread hot dogs milk orange juice and water. If you want stay here don't need breakfast here except this is ok

the hotel concierge were really friendly, and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived before check in. It's also about 10mins away from kyoto station and the big mall so really convenient location!

Recommend if familiar with Tokyo ”

I recommend this hotel for those who are familiar with Tokyo as it is not in a very central/busy area. But it is quite convenient to get to and from everywhere including the airport as the TCAT station is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Condition and size of hotel room was decent. Size is pretty ample given it is tokyo. There is no wifi in the room which is quite inconvenient. The free breakfast is amazing and the varieties change everyday which is very good. There are limited convenient stores bad restaurants around the hotel. However, if you know your way around Tokyo and wants a lovely place to stay for a good price, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Small but well equipped and clean”

The room is comfortable enough for two small people to sleep. Everything is tight but it didn't prevent us from opening our small luggages on the floor. Big luggages will be a problem but you can use the bed. Wifi is not free but you can use the lobby wifi for free. Despite our voucher not provided with breakfast, they still provide a very basic breakfast of bread and eggs. It should provide Enough rourishment for the morning.
