Loved this hotel. Very friendly staff at check in. Room spacious and very clean. Had all amenities we wanted. Especially loved the air conditioning on a very hot day. Close to sea and only a stroll into town. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be back to try the restaurant and use more of the facilities. Wished we had booked for more that 1 night.

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Facilities”
Rooms, well appointed, clean and spacious. Choice of two first class, good value restaurants within the hotel. Excellent parking, close to town centre shops pubs and restaurants. Pool and leisure facilities also excellent.

Stayed here many times before and never disappoints, lovely hotel, spa facilities excellent, rooms very nice and clean......lucky enough to get an upgrade which was a bonus......first time booked through Agoda, would definitely use you again and will be back to The Imperial

Stayed previously and since then the rooms have been updated to a very good standard. Very clean with good facilities. Made use of champagne bar and the Indian Restaurant both were of excellent standard. Very pleased and good value for money Breakfast I felt was a little expensive.

I travelled with my sister to visit my sister in law who lives in a flat opposite the Hythe Imperial Hotel. The room was fine except that I had to wait for a twin room to be made up even though I had stipulated when booking with Agoda. Loved the price for the room, very reasonable. Will use this site again to book.

Excellent hotel and facilities, perfect location, nice walk into Hythe town in the evening for a meal, plenty of places to choose from. Pagoda were also a great company to book through, excellent value for money.

We have been to The Imperial many times and it never disappoints.......the midweek breaks are great value for money and Agoda always offers the best deal in comparison to your competitors

Stop over for channel tunnel”
Would highly recommend this hotel. Only wish we weren’t in such a rush to catch the eurotunnel as we would have enjoyed using the facilities. Will certainly use this hotel each time we travel to France

Had a deal so not full price. Nice to wonder along the front and into the town centre. Very clean, spacious room. Bar expensive but it is a hotel. Used as a stop before catching eurotunnel - which is only 10mins away. Would certainly stay there again at the price we paid - far better than any national hotel chain

Hythe Imperial”
Beautiful Hotel even during Storm Dennis. Food was excellent as were all of the facilities. The room was spotless and the staff very helpful.

Great hotel”
This is a great hotel with everything under one roof, pool, spa, Jacuzzi, Indian restaurant and champagne bar there really is no need to leave. The rooms are lovely with great sea views or views over the local town. Staff are friendly and polite only grumble was that the air con in our room wasn't very good.

Nice hotel in great location”
Nice big room with modern decor. Bathroom fittings were new but cheap and plastic which let it down. We tried to go to the champagne bar but it was closed despite saying it was open.

Lovely spot and view!”
Lovely hotel with a really good restaurant where we had sunday brunch. The view was spectacular. It was jut a pity we couldn't use the facilities more.

Stylish building, comfortable and clean rooms (seems like they have had renovations that are still on-going in some areas) . Nice, albeit not large, pool. Beach across the road. Parking. The place looks like a popular wedding destination, not sure what it feels when there is a big function on.

The staff did vary in their friendliness and helpfulness. Some were lovely others less so. Bar staff in the evening were not helpful insisted they only had schweppes tonics, when we wanted fevertree, changed our drink choice due to this , then when we ordered our second drink saw around 20 bottles of fevertree felt very annoyed, as was obvious the barman didn't want to serve it to us for some reason? Check in reception lady lovely friendly, when later we returned to reception, new person refused to phone down to indian restaurant to see if we could bring our meal booking forward. Indian restaurant and staff best indian meal we have ever had and lovely staff all round excellent. Gentleman looking after spa sat morning friendly and helpful.
