Ibis Styles gives you the best of both worlds. A nice contemporary hotel , great location and one that offers all the quality comforts and a great price. Breakfast was excellent too. Lovely produce and a relaxed atmosphere. A vibrant hotel with excellent attentive and very friendly staff who are happy to help with any problem big or small . Beatles themed hotel , spotless rooms and public areas. A 2 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. Ibis styles is my style . Cu again soon

All day drinks and snacks in foyer is a fantastic touch. Extremely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. I look forward to returning to this hotel in a few weeks with my daughter who is heading to uni.

Excellent location. Walking distance to city centre and attractions. Staff very friendly. Hotel very quiet. Rooms are interesting and different with the bathroom pods. Continental breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Would stay again.

Location and breakfast!”
Fantastic location right in the Cavern Quarter and staff were really welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and we were really impressed with the breakfast - a lot more variety than we were expecting for the price. Some decor looked a little tired (chipped paint etc) in the rooms, but the beds were comfortable and everywhere was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is placed in a very convenient location in the centre and few steps away from main dock, Cavern Club and many other attractions. Staff very helpful, sufficiently advance booking can give a very good deal

Excellent service when checking in, attentive, friendly and polite team! Good sized rooms and location is good too. Not far from most attraction sites and there is a 24 hour supermarket just next door.

really nice considering the location. I thought it would be loud, but there was no issues. Isaac on the bar was amazing! really friendly and chatty. the lighting in the room was the only problem, as it isn't light enough to get ready

Facilities are average”
Low budget accommodation average facilities. Linen not changed for the whole stay. Bathroom and toilet clean. Continental breakfast provided was average and not many options. Some staff were friendly but there were a number of them who were very unprofessional and prejudiced had disciminatory tendencies. I will not go there again but not a very bad place maybe others will be treated better with dignity and respect.

Breakfast was good value for money and the location was close to The Cavern Quarter, Liverpool One, Lime Street Station and The Empire Theater.

Good, but expensive and made check out early”
Nothing wrong with the hotel at all, comfy beds, decent breakfast considering small size. Good wifi, TV and facilities in room. One thing that annoyed me a small bit was getting woken up by reception at 11:25, and told check out was 11 and I had 10 mins to leave or I would be charged, despite my booking email stating check out was 12pm? Other than that it was okay, cant complain about price as this issue seems to be city-wide.

Only thing to let it down is they don't tell you they changed the car park to the ncp, they used q park. As is a discounted rate as you have stayed there the hotel. So it cost us £22 instead of £8, to say I'm fuming 😠 is an understatement. Why did one tell us on check in, 3 previous people Infront off us in the car park had the same.
