This hotel attracts a lot of international travelers and gives off a cool vibe. Something felt hostel-y (community-wise) but with actual hotel rooms.. If you book your room with breakfast, you get a point card where you can choose whatever you want for breakfast or if not, you can spend it on snacks and that's exactly what we did on the last day and loaded up on so many! The size of the rooms are as expected, the elevators are fast and there's a relatively large dining area. Only piece of feedback is I wish they had maybe one more laundry machine because it's always in use and it doesn't dry if you put in a pair of jeans or two - smaller loads are recommended for sure. They can also help take out laundry if it's ended but it might become an issue if the laundry isn't dry. Other than that, love the place.

Location was okay and most staff were friendly. Rooms were very small though compared to other hotels I have stayed in Japan. One complaint I have is the receptionist I spoke to did not make the reservation in the restaurant for our dinner. She said she was going to do it when it opens. I dropped by the restaurant and asked if our reservation was confirmed and they said nothing was made. I was very disappointed with the receptionist of the hotel. Luckily the restaurant still had a table for us. It was not a bad hotel at all but for the price, we could have stayed in hotels with bigger rooms.

The room is clean. Room size is acceptable. Beds are comfortable and big enough (we booked a twin bed room). Overall the environment is very comfy. However, the location is a bit far away from the shopping areas (to Shinjuku needs around 20 mins by metro) but if you are looking for a relatively low price with a comfy stay, this would be a good choice. The staff’s English is good and they are nice to the customers.

The location was awesome. There was a combini right below the hotel and it’s just a 5min walk from the station and nearby mall. There is also 1-2 24h restaurants

We stayed in the hotel for 6 days and we were told they do not clean the rooms daily nor replace the toiletries/towels unless requested. The staff were very nice and friendly though.

Room size is just enough for a couple. The room and toilet is very clean. Linens, towels and room amenities are exceptional. Friendly and very helpful staff. Location is near the train station, but few attractions within. Overall - 4star

チェックイン前とチェックイン後に1階の朝食スペースで作業や雨宿りすることができて大変助かりました。 サントリーホールから坂道はありますが近い距離ですのでまた使いたいと思います。 ウエルカムドリンクもあったので最高でした。

初めて利用しましたが、スタッフさんの対応の丁寧さや明るい雰囲気がとても素敵でした！ アメニティも豊富にあり、コーヒーが無料で飲めたりとサービスがすごかったです。 チェックアウトの時間が10時と少し早めでした。 部屋も綺麗で静かでした。 すぐ近くにコンビニがあるのも便利です。
