I loved the capsule hotel at the airport. I’ve stayed in capsule hotels before but this one was much nicer and it had a small tv at the top which I really liked. The facilities were clean and I loved that the lockers could hold my small suitcase and my backpack. Definitely would stay there again if I have an early flight out of Benito Juárez

Clean, quiet, spacious capsule and friendly service ”
Great place to stay if you have to catch a flight. Only problem is that the wifi did not work. Also, the pillow and mattress are quite soft, so if you need it to be firm then that’s something to consider. Overall though, great value if you just want to sleep.

I recommend it, would do it again”
It was perfect to spend the night for an early flight without leaving the airport. Take note there are no elevators to get to the reception, you have to climb the stairs with all you luggage, no help from staff as they do not see you arriving. I left one big suitcase in my locker, and the small one at the reception. kept my small napsack with me that you can hang on wall of your mini room. Clean, Safe and fair price.

Comfort ”
Good option for a solo traveller. Just bring your own pillow if you mind (It was too big for me and luckily I had mine with me). Overall it’s a good option.

Pros and cons”
Pros: In terminal 2, clean facilities Cons: blue light in capsule disrupts sleep. Stuffy with minimal airflow. Hotel is up flight of stairs with no elevator. Towels are like sandpaper.

A solid option at CDMX Aeropuerto”
For the most part I like this option for a layover at MEX airport. I do wish the mattress was a bit thicker and non-memory foam pillows were available. But it's kind of fun if you haven't tried a capsule hotel although I wouldn't attempt it if you have any back issues.

Super clean and convenient ”
I had a hard time finding it but I asked around and got good directions. Facilities are extremely clean. Lots of coming and going and not has sound proof has I would of liked but definitely appreciated the few hours of rest I got in my 10 hour lay over before a red-eye flight

The front dest area was not as clean as one would hope and made me a little wary of the pods, but the pods in this location were exactly as they look in the pictures; the size and cleanliness were just as expected. The locker room, bathrooms and showers were also clean. I would suggest bringing an eye mask as the blue light that illuminate dials always are on. As most of us know blue light inhabits sleep, but an eye mask will rectify this . Also you may want to ask for another pillow as they are very thin and possibly another blanket as they are quite skinny. The location was perfect.; Right outside the doors, down a ramp and up some stairs. Over all very pleased

Bad reservations process ”
I am suppose to reserve for 4 people, when I get there they said it was for 2 only, they did not have any more capsules available. I have to pay double to reserve hotel room I lose my money that I already been paid.. I’m not going to use the service no more and I’m not gonna recommend it

PERFECT for a quick stay/overnight”
I had six hours between flights and simply wanted to shower, have a nap and NOT in an airport seat. This was PERFECT! The staff was lovely, very helpful, clean showers and pod. I loved it and the experience. Would definitely recommend doing this!

Welcome to Mexico”
The reception lady was really nice..I know because I have lived in Colombia and they have no customer service...I was there for a night before my next flight to Oaxaca...It was very convenient and such a unique experience..I felt like I was in a spaceship or something..It was so cool.. the only problem was there was another guy in the pods talking loud on his phone next to me..but this is common when traveling..people are passing through and a majority of human beings on the planet do not have consideration for strangers so that is to be expected wherever you go.. It was a unique experience and I met some people there, a guy from oaxaca and a brazilian guy who were really friendly..Plus there was everything I needed in the airport.

Todo esta bien menos la opción que todo se escucha. Te mueves y el colchon y todo hace ruido ya que al ser un lugar silencioso es incomodo hasta respirar.

Pesimo trato del personal, un Robo. Noi se hospeden,”
Mi esposa se hospedo el dia 11 de octubre, despues de varias horas de viaje, llego al sitio y el trato del personal fue pesimo. Les tuvo que rogar para que le dieran una capsula que dias antes habiamos pagado. PEOR AUN: Yo viaje una semana despues con mi hijo de 10 años. realice mi reservacion dias antes y cuando llegue al sitio despues de varias horas de viaje y cargando por toda la terminal 1, y 2, 4 maletas grandes y dos mochilas, al llegar al sitio me comentaron que no se pueden hospedar niños menores de 12 años. EN NINGUN momento al hacer mi reservacion (pagada) me advirtieron lo anterior. El trato de la mujer de la recepcion fue despota y grosero. Me dijo que el problema no era de ellos y que no me regresarian el dinero. Lamentable como una persona puede dañar la reputacion de un negocio. NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE LUGAR.

Excelente para descansar”
Las cabinas están buenísimas para descansar, especialmente si tienes una escala muy grande entre vuelos o si perdiste la conexión (como me pasó). El servicio que ofrecen cumple con lo prometido, están cómodas e independientes unas de otras. El único problema, al menos para mí, es que si llevas equipaje es bastante incómodo y agotador subir las escaleras cargando las maletas, podría existir una conexión con ascensor o rampas que mejoraría aún más la experiencia
