My husband and I stayed for 10 nights in this hotel apartment and our experience is exceptional. The transaction from check in to check out was so smooth. The staff are approchable. And all our request was accomodated. The room is so cozy specially the layout of the kitchenette and bar table in Classic King room. They will clean your room everyday and refill the tissues, water and coffee. They are changing also the sheets and towels everyday. Pool and gym area is clean but there is no kiddie pool. They are offering also a buffet breakfast but for us we prefer to cook our own, thus the kitchenette is very useful. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel and will definitely come back and recommend to my other friends. Kudos to team J5 Rimal Hotel Apt!
