Hotel , který leží mimo hlavní ulici a taxikáři mají problém s nalezením tohoto hotelu.Velmi málo taxikářů zajíždí k tomuto hotelu a vy musíte jít 400 metrů na hlavní ulici. Pokoje jsou čisté , ale snídaně nejsou dobré . Tento hotel neodpovídá 5* ,ale 3,5* . Cena nebyla špatná ,ale při příští návštěvě Guangzhou budeme volit jiný hotel.

Very friendly staff”

The staff was very helpful and answered all questions that we had. They did not speak much English though. The location has many restaurants and convenience stores nearby but it is a bit far from the tourist spots such as the Chen Clan Academy. Would recommend to stay here.

Nice hotel, great location”

This is my 3rd time staying in the hotel. Overall experience is good and as expected. Great location as it is only a few subway stations away from the east train terminal. You can find lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is average though. Value for money considering it a four star hotel. One thing worth pointed out is the staff responsible for housekeeping would probably need more training. It is not a good practice knocking at someone ‘s door insisted to come in to replace the rubbish bin. Other than that I am quite satisfied with the overall experience staying in this place.

Great Hotel in Guangzhou!”

I have stayed at this Hotel many times. Good Subway access, Mega computer store opposite subway exit. Very clean rooms, and excellent staff. Their English speaking skills is improving every visit! My preferred choice for staying at in Guangzhou.

Very Good Location and Comfortable”

I like this hotel very much for its location, service and cleanliness. If you are coming from the airport best to take the taxi as it is in a small road and not so easy to find for first timers. However, it is just a few minutes walk from subway station Gangding. Just walk down the small road in front of the hotel, turn right when you see the blue signboard showing the way to the subway station, walk round the small mall and the entrance/exit A to the subway is right there in front. There are many malls for hps, pcs and electronics around that area, and many restaurants including KFC and McDonalds if you have to have them. The hotel is in an area away from main roads and traffic and crowds so it is a nice, peaceful and very safe area. The hotel's employees were generally courteous and helpful and the reception staff spoke decent English. I left a small tip (RMB10) for housekeeping daily, and was delighted to receive sweet thank you notes daily from the housekeeping staff. I was impressed that he/she wrote in both Mandarin and good English! Room was big, clean and on the 19th floor but there was only view of adjacent buildings. I got a nice king size bed with a firm mattress which is the kind that I like. The aircon is good but becomes louder when blasting cool air and then quieten down until the next blast. As my aircon unit at home is kinda like that I am used to such noise and therefore not the least bothered by it. Other that that the room is quiet and there is no audible noise from outside. The separate shower and toilet are clean and decent sized, and the room has everything else that I need. I think that this hotel is really value for money and I would recommend this hotel for location and comfort. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Guangzhou.

Close to many eatery”

Conveniently located. Many good food around the vicinity. Check in and out a bit crowded and dis-organised. No formal que so try to fight your way to the front, similar to other hotels in China so nothing new. Have to walk about 5-7mins to the main-road to catch a cab. Lots of taxi driver not very familiar with the location of the hotel as the main entrance is accessible by a small back lane road.

Clean & tidy”

Hotel is near to Mtr station and a shopping mall nearby. This hotel is a 5 stars hotel, but don't expect as luxury as some brand named 5 stars hotel. The breakfast have quite a lot of options. Anyway the price is quite reasonable if you don't have too much request.

Value for Money”

Booked a suite and room is spacious. Some renovation works were going on and hotel staff sent us a note about the noise. Though they could not do much about it but the effort was appreciated. Near to subway station and a shopping mall with movie theatre and several restaurants. Though got to walk a bit of distance to the hotel, there were several small eateries nearby and convenience stores. Had a good stay overall.

Nice Hotel”

It's my second time in this hotel, the rooms are clean but the building other floors are offices so is a wait to ride the elevators. The breakfast is okay. the area is near train station and commercial areas.

BEST VALUE HOTEL IN GUANGZHOU CBD”

THE HOTEL IS STRATEGICALLY LOCATED IN GUANGZHOU CENTRAL BUSINESS & COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL FORMS OF TRANSPORTATION AND SHOPPING MALLS. THE METRO SUBWAY STATION LINE 3 IS JUST A JUST A FEW MINUTES WALK AWAY. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE, ABLE TO CONVEY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE WELL. HOTEL FACILITY IS BASICALLY CLEAN FROM ROOMS TO PUBLIC VENUES. THE MAIN RESTAURANT IS GENERALLY GOOD AS WELL, BUT I THINK, IT REQUIRES MORE LIGHTING AND VENTILATION.

Good place with Good Staff”

The location is good, near the train station. The room is good, everything is clean and tidy. The staff is nice and good, have personal butler service with free fruit and dessert provide as well. The breakfast is good,a lots of choice and delicious! A very good experience for me, love it!

Surprisingly really nice”

I don't have much faith on Chinese hotels but this one surprised me, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Staff doesn't speak much english but they would help as much as they can, the manager even came directly to deliver some items to our room. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great value for money”

Very near to a mall and the metro station. We were given Chinese dessert and biscuit delivered to our room every night during out stay. This is a first time hotel provided such service for me so it was a pleasant surprise. Overall it was a great value for money with great friendly staff and good breakfast.

Excellent & clean ”

Hotel is clean and service is good. Staff Jack at concierge was very helpful in getting transport for us to Foshan ,Kaiping etc. Hotel is near shopping centre & metro line Gangjing which took us to Canton Tower at fare of 3 yuan. Breadfast is western and awesome ! Will strongly recommend to friends.

Great hotel & service”

Staff are very helpful. Room is very nice, very clean and attentive to details. Beautiful red Rose petals dropped inside toilet which made me feel guilty to use it. Love the location which is minutes away from MRT. Breakfast is good. Afternoon, in the lobby they serve hot ginger tea which is refreshing. Highly recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Well located smart hotel for solos traveller”

Well located near GuangZhou Metro, some food stall nearby, many shopping centers as well. The hotel interior design is adopting boutique / club style with the glassy, dark color interior and a bit dimmed lighting. The standard room room is clean, small, compact, they are using separate shower and toilet booths to safe space. Suitable for solo or business traveller. Food is good, staff is friendly.

Above average accommodation in Guangzhou”

Pros: Stay was pleasant. Location was good, walking distance to main road and lots of food choices nearby. Cons: Cab drivers might not be familiar in getting to hotel. Walls were a bit thin. Overall, a good place to lay your head after a long day.

Reasonable price with awesome location. it's only takes us 5-7 mins to gangding station, just pass through the shopping mall nearby. The size of the room is bigger than we expected, but the in-room's lighting is not enough.The two complimentary buffet breakfast is good with diverse kinds of food. Overall is nice to stay in this hotel.
