Stay here a few time and I can’t fault it for anything. As soon as you walk into the office the young lady who greets you smiles and so helpful to make your stay very pleasant, when you go to your apartment it’s full catered for and very clean, each day from Monday to Friday you will have the cleaning staff coming to clean your room and they are delightful and helpful trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible, Internet is very good, it’s very close to the city or the river foreshore, plenty of room to park your vehicle even 4x4, remember not to wait to long to book because this place is usually full booked out.

Very comfortable, large lounge area and bedroom, large bathroom and kitchen. Central to many areas of Perth. Access to the freeway on the doorstep, even so the room was sound proof, traffic noise was not a concern. Walking distance to restaurants in South Perth. Clean and staff friendly and welcoming.. very reasonable tariff.

We stayed 2 nights at ground floor unit, which was what we requested for! Great place. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer! The unit also has a washing machine and dryer! Just that the shower cubicle is small. Would be good to have a mat inside the shower as the tile is quite slippery once when it is wet . We will come again the next time we come to Perth. Lady at the Reception is also very friendly . Thanks From Singapore 😊

Loved this place. Very friendly staff and book in. Apartment had everything I needed. I only had the cheap apartment and was happy to discover it had full kitchen with dishwasher. Very clean. Defnitely will stay again and higy recommend to family, friends and workmates.

My wife and i stayed for 2 nights as we went to the 4wd show at mccallum park. The apartment is very very clean, has in room washer and dryer, dishwasher and aircon Also come with free onsite parking. Bed was a little hard but besides that its a lovely stay. Will use again for next years show

Outstanding customer service ”
Great communication by this hotel, they went above and beyond to ensure we got to the hotel safely on an evening where all surrounding traffic was blocked. Apartment was clean, quiet surroundings, close to shops and Mend Street jetty, just across the river from Perth City.

Great location and clean rooms ”
The checkin was simple and hassle free. Parking are located right next to your apartment blocks. However do take note that there is no lift so be sure to request for lower floors if your travelling with seniors. Else everything is great.

The apartments are self catering and provide perfect amenities for hosting. Unfortunately there were not enough pots,utensils,pans and supplies provided so we had to ask staff for extras. Everything Else was perfect.smart TVs and comfortable furniture. A great view and private parking.

Cost effective for our family of 3”
The apartments are great. Cost effective for our family of 3. Good kitchen facilities and free WiFi. Parking can be tight but it works. Stair no lift. The air conditioner was left on for our arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed here a few times now as my daughter has regular appointments at the children’s hospital. Is a great place to stay. Only small grumble is that this time we had noisy neighbours who were up late drinking and talking quite loudly. Unfortunately the place is not manned at night.

Stayed for one night with a friend and I was happy with the room for the price paid. The receptionist was friendly and professional and checked us in quickly without hassle. Free parking right outside the room was very convenience. The location is quite close to the freeway with easy access off the freeway. Although the freeway is always busy the room has good sound proofing so this wasn’t an issue. Nice gardens outside and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge was excellent. Beds were comfy with ample pillows. Good value for money and would recommend to anyone staying one night or more, as there is everything you need.

Wow so glad we found this place! Absolutely delighted with everything. Central location. Supermarket, cafes, pub, restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen. Our room came with a queen bed and single bed. Enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Highly recommend and definitely staying here again.

I have stayed at this property several times. Very central and great value for money. Free parking is a real bonus and late check-in is no problem for country guests that may arrive late as I often do.
