Příjemný hotel se skvělou snídaní. Bohužel bazén byl v rekonstrukci a hotel na tuto skutečnost neupozornil předem.

Kuřácký pokoj v 6. patře”
Jakožto kuřák líný chodit do smoking zone vedle hotelu, zaujala mne nabídka kuřáckého pokoje, přestože mi ho recepční rozmlouvala z důvodu všudy přítomného nevábného kouřo-pachu, vzala jsem jej. Smrad hned po otevření výtahu v 6. patře byl signálem toho, že slečna/paní nelhala....v pokoji jak v popelníku.....okno lze jen pootevřít, výhled na klimatizační komíny a "střechu". Bohatý výběr snídaně formou bufetu, lobby bar má přijatelné ceny a hot dog dělají báječný, klamárů smažených za 150 pesos plný talíř. Bazén pidi, při check outu čekáte cca 10 min na vrácení depositu 1000 pesos, než zkontrolují pokoj.

Value for Money, Perfect Location, Clean, Good Hotel Facilities”
The hotel is situated beside Ayala Center Cebu and very accessible. Public transportations are available -jeepneys, taxis or grab. Restaurants are around the corner with great choices from local favorites to international cuisines. The hotel itself has a resto, a function room, free access to gym, sauna and swimming pool. The interiors are excellent (chandeliers in particular),with a long stairway from the lobby to the function rooms. Very spacious from main lobby to floor lobby’s. It has 4 elevators enough to cater for many guests. I liked that their breakfast buffet starts at 6am to 10am since most of the tourists starts their activities early.The rooms are clean(make up the room everyday), has enough space for belongings, beds are comfy, bathrooms are equipped with hair blower, hot & cold shower, & bath tub.The only thing missing is a bidet which is a bit of a deal for me.Dental kits and slippers are available upon requests. Excellent service from front desk, guards and staffs.

Excellent location and Big Room”
Our room was spacious and clean. I love that we had a room from the 23rd floor. This is value for money if you're staying in Cebu City. Ayala Mall is across the road. We even have buffet breakfast though selections are limited, but for the price, I can't complain. I only booked this because Montebello Villa cancelled my reservation the last minute and I'm very glad they did as Mandarin was way cheaper. My partner and I had a very tiring commute from Moalboal and we slept like a log in Mandarin. Will recommend this to my friends and family who will visit Cebu City next month. The only con I can think of is there is no bidet in the bathroom. Other than that, everything's excellent. For the price I paid, I didn't expect to have a bathtub. We ordered food from room service when we arrived and it was tasty.

Spacious Room and Convenient Location”
The room we had was very spacious, clean and came with a huge comfy bed. Internet was super fast although they have a limit as to how many devices you can use with it. The staff was approachable, quick and very helpful as well. Love the food in their breakfast buffet. Room service food menu could use an overhaul, as there were very few selections but everything we ordered is good. Massage/spa service is also available within the building. I had the traditional hilot which was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot, that we decided to extend our stay for one more night.

Remarkable Services”
Staff members were absolutely accommodating. The front desk staff was efficient. I came rather early but she was able to provide me with a room. The room was superb: huge, clean, and offered a fantastic view of the city. The hotel’s facilities were in good form. I enjoyed using their gym. Room services were excellent. I was able to request for ironing set for my suit without any charge. The breakfast buffet was something I did not expect to be very good: with several menus to choose from. Definitely, I am recommending this hotel.

There are a few exceptions that I don't like at the Mandarin Plaza. extra charge for another towel extra charge for a bottle of water The cleaning personnel are exceptionally nice. The security personnel are exceptionally nice The front desk personnel are exceptionally nice Being I stayed for an extended stay the breakfast was about the same every day. they changed some iems but it still remained the same. For a short stay which the majority of visitors are the breakfast is great. I really prefer the Mandarin Plaza as it is near the Ayalla Mall, 5 min walk.

Location next to Ayala Mall and 7/11’s. Also close to restaurants and various massage places. Breakfast variety of western and eastern cuisine. Plenty of choice. Room was cleaned, towels changed and bed made every day. Beds were firm but soft. Black out curtains. No noise. Very comfortable to sleep. Aircon and hot water worked perfectly. Pool clean and gym is small but doable. Only downside is the Wifi drops out constantly and sometimes very weak. Overall, highly recommend!

Very Good Location, near Ayala Mall and House of Letchon. Easy to get a taxi. Room was huge and clean on the 18th floor. We checkin at 7PM without any problem. Dont forget to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush as Not all toiletries are provided No Bidet but manageable. Allowed us for late check out at 1PM. Breakfast Buffet is good but hope for more variety. Pool is quite small but enjoyable during night.

Central location and friendly staff”
The ladies and gentleman that work the front desk are awesome. Very helpful and courteous. The room was large and clean with a very powerful aircon. My wife and I loved how close to Ayala centre it is (literally 2 min walk) Would come back next time in Cebu and would also recommend. Only con is the large groups of tourists that take over the lobby when checking in and out

Been here a few times as it's well worth the rate and stay. Apart from a very spacious room, full complement of water and kettle and fridge, the restaurant menu choices are plenty, huge portion, deliciously prepared and very cheap compared to many of the places I have stayed. Ayala Center is about a 10 min walk away so is the jeepney terminal. The only negative I can say is the hotel has become a very popular stay for tour groups, mostly chinese. There appears to be a chinese consulate operating for 2 hours on one of the floors. Breakfast buffet is usually packed with people unlike "the good ole" days. Staff is excellent. I will keep coming again as long as the rates remain reasonable

Great location but rooms are like 2 star hotel”
They don't provide you extra towels if you have more than two people in the room, though the rooms are spacious but dated compared to the rooms of Cebu park lane across the street, buffet of Parklane is better than this hotel but his hotel its free so i guess you compromise, parklane buffet is $11 but good. Bring your own toiletries or buy it at 7 eleven as their soap is really china cheap kind, shampoo is great though but only give you one set for a three day stay. Wifi Internet is good. I would stay next tie at Parklane or Holiday inn Express, or Red Planet if you don't have many luggage as their rooms are small but modern.

Pros: The hotel staff was always kind and smiling, and everything was impeccable. The room was large and clean. The location is close to Ayala malls and convenient to do anything. In addition, most of the taxis around were friendly and conscientious. Cons: No problem at all. The hotel offered all the comfort. I will stay at here again next time.

Good experience/pleasant staff/need to replace their towels with new ones”
The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping personnel made every effort to clean the room. Somebody called to see what we needed, and if we really did not want the room cleaned (as our cleaning button showed red). On our second day, we forgot to change the indicator for them to clean. We were out the whole day, and they left us a note to call a number if we needed anything. The location was the best. Walking distance to the mall where there were choices of restaurants when we got hungry. . The room had an elevated table space to unpack the luggages. It helped with my already strained back. I have only two comments about this stay. The towels given for our use were worn out, frayed at the sides, and the one my husband used even had a hole on it. The condition of the towels showed the age of the hotel although the room did not give us that impression. The breakfast buffet did not have a lot of choices and variations from one day to the next (note: choices of restaurants nearby).

Check in was fine and went smoothly. The room was clean and very spacious. Airconditioning working, The bathroom was clean and smells good. Strong wifi.. Good breakfast, great location. Staff very accomodating. There’s a lot of elevator functioning. We liked the Hotel.

The second time we have used this hotel in transit. The staff are exceptionally helpful with a ready smile and greeting. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. (As a westerner I did find the duvet on the warm side when a sheet would have been adequate. ) the air con was adjusted remotely and ran quietly. There was a room safe and (empty) fridge. The wash basin plug didn’t seal , which tended to waste water when shaving ( a minor issue) There was an excellent ‘international’ breakfast bar and the restaurant had a varied choice on the menu, backed by helpful and polite staff. Evening entertainment was provided by a live group of players/ singer, I was very happy that their volume level did not overcome the ability to talk normally whilst dining. Perhaps the only minor negative in this excellent hotel was a lack of pickup facility from the airport or ferry port

My hubby and I made the right choice on booking through Mandarin hotel. The rooms are big and spacious which was perfect for the occasion we are there for our wedding preparation. Breakfast buffet is also good especially their bacon wrap and other dishes. The location is also near Ayala Mall, MCDO and 7/11 where you can buy food and other stuff. I like it when Mandarin management doesn't restrict their guest on buying outside food and not having any corkage charge for it. Please continue to do so. We will surely come back :)

After I booked the hotel my friend pointed out to me on the internet there were several issues with this hotel including cockroaches, waiting excessive time for the lift, poor cleanliness and issues with obtaining breakfast. None of this information on the internet was true the rooms were very clean and tidy. The hotel was well managed by the staff.

Great Hotel”
Hotel was very nice and pleasant. Check-in was very easy and got straight into room. View out of room was nice on upper floors. Room was always clean, except for one day when the cleaners forgot to come but think that was just a little mistake. Rooms were spacious and air-con was good. One thing I didn't appreciate was the paper cups that were in the room instead of proper cups, obviously not good for our environment to be throwing so many needless paper cups away! Swimming pool and sauna were both very pleasant, didn't go in the gym but had a look and looked decent. Location isn't in the 'centre' of Cebu but it's near a few shopping centres and right next to Ayala which has many shops and eating options. Door men were always very pleasant. Overall a very positive stay.

Every time i go back home i always book here, the location is just really nice, the room is spacious, clean and value for money. I wish they have loyalty card or something 😅 but the hotel is always full thou even if you book in a very advance
