3rd time staying here is still the best hotel.”
Had to book a twin bed room because it was the only room available with a spacious room to perform prayer. Don't pick a standard room because it has a small space then you end up praying on the bed. Sadly there is no fridge there. I got a fridge in a twin room for my 1st time staying here but not this time so it broke my heart. Anyway my stay here this time is very comfortable except for the noisy sound of someone with his stupid bike. Hope it blew up someday. At 3 in the morning, this person is a moron with no common sense repaired his bike or something idk. Ruin my sleep. The hotel is very strategic with mamak beside it. But the mamak is expensive and the food not worth it. There is far behind the hotel a 24hrs mamak. I tried its maggie goreng & fresh orange. Totally superb and the service robot is cool too. Recommended this hotel and that mamak too!

The hotel service is very good. I ask for iron and on the spot their staff send it to my room. Very recommended to others who want to use public transport because it is near to popular place in KL. Besides, there is 24 hours mamak restaurant near hotel so that easier to eat at anytime. Furthermore, the room service is very good, they keep the room clean and clear while I am going out with my family.

This hotel should be 4 star hotel! All is good and toilet is clean and new. Quality mattress Is great...they R also provide breakfast. I will recommend this hotel for Great 2 king size bed and large room Even they have refrigerator ,hair dryer In the room toilets is clean nice and modern.they have Tv flat screen with great movie that i don’t feel I’m in 3 star hotel😉

The Cheapest with The Best Everything ”
I love to stay at this hotel. Almost every month im staying here. Very good price, comfortable bed. Can request clean your room every day but i usually asked them 2 days once.. Friendly staff and very easy check in check out. If your room is ready, you can early check in. Usually this happens when not in peak season and weekdays.

Best budget hotel ever that I stay in KL Sentral ”
The staff is very excellent manner and friendly service. Room is clean and I’m satisfied that they have safebox for me to put my mac that I newly bought as most of the budget hotel does not have this at all. Just you might need to be patience with the noise from corridor. overall is good:)

Pros: Good location near to public transport, restaurants and nu sentral mall; spacious and clean toilets and room. Staff very helpful. My room AC was not working. They fixed it soon. Elevator facilities and polite housekeeping staff. Con: nothing as such. They don't provide coffee in the room. Though this was not an issue for me. This is just for the information of the travelers.

There was some confusion with my check in time even though I called to confirm beforehand, and I end up having to pay more than expected which was disappointing, however the young male staff in working in the early morning was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a short walking distance to public transport and mall, however due to the lockdown many stores were not open so food choices were limited. Room size is just nice for one and the cleanliness is perfect.

I booked for a family room and what I got was a spacious clean room with dining table, 2 doors refrigerator, a microwave, cutlery, sofa, 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed. What else do I expect? Location is good, near KL Sentral, surrounding by restaurants, mini market and Laundry Hub. Very recommended.

we stayed there for a few days with our children...the hotel lacotion is very strategic as it is near to kl sentral and NU Sentral Mall, just a few minutes walking...very near to the hotel also have good restaurant...the room was clean...toilet also clean...got mini fridge also...the reception staff also very nice and welcome us well...we also want to thank one of their staff...not sure what is his potition...he wear green colour uniform...he willing to help us to carry our luggage to the hotel counter from the outside...that day was rainy day...

The hotel is very near to KL Sentral or Mall Nu Sentral (walking distance). Since the hotel is near to the mall, my friends and I could watch midnight movie safely. And since the hotel is very near to kl sentral, I didnt need to worry how to take bus to klia2 n also i have much time to strolling around before my flight.

OMG I got such a reasonable price with all the good location, walking distance to NU Sentral shopping mall and KL Sentral, which we can take MRT to go KLCC, China Town, Bukit Bintang... Staffs are very nice and the room is clean! But the thing is I booked a twin room with window but unfortunately, it doesn't have a refrigerator, which was the reason why I choose this hotel. Hopefully they will have refrigerator in all room

This is my second time stay here. previously I stay at Family Room . This time I got Standard Room without window . The room is spacious and have all the facility needed (Dryer, Hot Water, Kettle, fridge ). And I got good deal from Agoda. Unfortunately the lift is under maintenance and there was pregnant woman and elderly in my group so it's less convenient to use stair since they gave us 4th floor room. But the staffs are nice arranging room on the second floor so it's more approachable by stairs . After all we really enjoy our stay ...there are many various food stall near hotel and convenient store around. I will definetely stay at this hotel again.
