2nd time visitor - place still great!”
Stayed here last year but was checked into a similar unit this year that had issues. Owner swiftly moved us to the nice unit I stayed in last year and truly had a great time along with my group. Thank you again to the owner and host for taking care of us - I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy and quiet place while in Tagaytay!

Got confused with One Tagaytay Place Hotel”
I was under the impression that this is the HOTEL, but apparently not. My bad. We stayed with the family over a very rainy weekend and the place was good, 2 bedroom + kitchen + hall. Might consider booking again.

Thank you. At least unlike others, even though you have mistaken us from the hotel, you did not blame us for the the mistake and instead gave us unbiased review. One Tagaytay Place Hotel doesn't offer two bedroom unit in Agoda. Cost is double our price. You are most welcome. Hoping to see you again sometime soon.

Very good location plus there's a convenience store downstairs. Friendly staff and crew. Clean accommodation with basic but complete ammenities. Very well worth the price.

good for families and friends for 2 bedroom suite unit# 9IJ. the only issue we had is that the stand of sofa bed at the living room is broken, we were not able to assemble it as bed.

Very disappointed. The coach and terrace chair are broken and sink in the 1st toilet is clogged. ”
No hot water in 2nd toilet and the internet was not stable...unreliable but the caretaker is very accomodating..👍for her!

Issue about the lights in the room. ”
It's no biggie but the were some busted lights in the room that makes the room too dim at night also the lights on the balcony is not working. but all in all the accommodation was great.

Thank you for your review. Busted lights are normal wear and tear that can easily be rectified. It happens whenever and wherever.
Long weekend break”
Staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is ok and near tourism spots. Parking is ok and safe. View of the lake was not that good though as we were on the 6th floor.

PROS: Great location, unforgettable PIZZA, nice but costly breakfast, hot water, relaxing massage for PHP500. We stayed at a 2-bedroom suite with Lake view... the view was awesome. ... if you care for great deal and nice view in Tagaytay... this is the place for you. CONS: Ladies at the reception (during our stay) were not that welcoming... they don't smile and don't want to answer questions. Other staff were accommodating. Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap (if the sachet shampoos and small soaps wont satisfy you). No room phone provided. The Sofa bed, Bed sheets, blankets, and pillow covers smell musty. If you care about cleanliness, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Was ok for the price in Tagaytay”
The room was ok , hotel was the same, for Tagaytay it was ok , a bit out of town if you are driving a car but if you have a motorcycle its easier, as this was my first time in Tagaytay i would book a bit further into town . Overall it was ok

It was pretty good value for money considering its Tagaytay , we would go back , but would preferr a hotel more in Tagaytay to reduce the daily travel time as traffic was very bad
