The hotel is next to the metro station, facilities and rooms were clean and of a high standard the staff could not be more helpful there were excellent and friendly and always happy to help. I would like to thank Catherine who is one of the managers, who went out of her way to provide me with invaluable tourist information, that enabled me to have a wonderful time in Seoul. Love this hotel, very clean and helpful staff at reception. Peaceful environment. comfortable clean bed, good house keeping. breakfast is ok. A little bit far from city but with this price, it is acceptable. There is stunning large flower garden just next to the hotel.

We stayed in a suite room. The room is quite smaller than I thought but big enough for fully enjoying. Since the hotel was newly built, all the components are very clean and brand-new.

The hotel is really clean and satisfactory , but its kind of far from airport , theres subway station close to hotel like one min by walk. The hotel front desk receptionist was really kind and enthusiastic , It is worth mentioning that one of receptionist she name is bella jeon , during that time she figure out everythings my issue with patient , and when I call the taxi from front desk , she is the only one who will accompany with me to outside and open the door for us , double check the taxi number and destination where we go , as a hotel worker in the past , I really respect and feel honor about everythings she done it. Hope bella can keep that passion for hospitality.
