I really like this hotel. We stay 6 nights. We really like this hotel. Surround with shopping mall and resto. Clean 100% Perfect. Location 95%. Next door is big factory outlet and surround with resto. Little bit far away from station. Bedroom very comfort and very clean 100% comfort anf 100% clean. Very good Management, they very profesional, at 5am morning hotel sent me letter after we decided extend our stay, they tell me for keep stay at my room now and no need packing my stuff , they so care and details with customer. Hotel also give me more time for packing even more than check out time, im really appreciate for that . Spacious room. Very nice interior design and modern. I very very recommend this hotel for holiday. And we will come back stay there when we coming again. 100% Love this hotel

My trip to Melbourne is to celebrate my 23rd wedding anniversary. However, after 2 days sightseeing, my daughter aged 15 started to have high fever for 2 days. When we need help, Pan pacific really provide their greatest support to us. That’s what 5-star hotel meant to be. Thank you for the whole-hearted services of Mr. Craig Bonnor and his team, especially Ms Supriya who managed to call the doctor to come to our room for consultation, asked conceige to buy us medicine, managed to send breakfast & food to our room etc....etc.... As a young family of four, we love Pan Pacific. It’s luxury vibe offers two bedroom suites which are hard to come by in Melbourne cbd. Just steps away from atmospheric bars and restaurants, an early dinner with kiddies is easily done within a stones throw. A mini mart downstairs makes it easy to pick up snacks and refreshments for your stay. And just a short walk from Southbank and all it has to offer. With two young kids (and a stroller) we easily walked into the cbd and back for sights and a day out. The staff at Pan Pacific are so incredibly accomodating and when they can will adjust your checkin and checkout time to suit your plans. Breakfast is fantastic - ask for the valet parking and breakfast package. We will be back! Luxury feel for a great price point.

Highly recommended Hotel in Melbourne”
We stayed in this 5-star-hotel for 4 nights and the experience is simply amazing. This hotel is superb and clean. Location is strategic with 2 minutes walking distance to DFO. Buffet breakfast is just fantastic with variety of choices including western and Asian cuisine. Fruits mixer machine is a plus point and we loved it very much!!! We will definitely stay in this hotel again during our next visit

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Pan Pacific. The hotel is close to the city and public transport (the hotel is even right next to a DFO) they offer an awesome breakfast buffet and the staff are very friendly and helpful- we were even given complimentary early checkin and late checkout, which made our stay that bit more enjoyable.

Great location, value for money (if you booked in advance) & very clean room”
Easy access from and to airport via car. For pple who wish to do self-Drives in OZ this hotel is great as you do not need to drive into those busy small lanes in the city and plenty of car park lots at the convention centre with discount card from the hotel it reduces your car park rate to half for over night parking.

Wonderful stay with kids - two bedrooms ”
Downstair is DFO outlet which is very convenient . but the carpark need to pay for parking AUD 24. Breakfast is super nice and the room are clean and comfy. The bed is a bit too soft for me but still fine. I love the place

Stayed for a wedding in docklands. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating, we had to coordinate quite a bit throughout the weekend and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. Location was excellent

We had limited time in our shared room but were extremely happy with facilities and comfort. The staff were wonderfully helpful and allowed us some extra time to checkout. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal! There really was something to cater to everyone.

THE BED IS SOOOOOO COMFORTABLE”
The room is nice. You could have a good view of the sunrise Melbourne and sunset Melbourne just sitting next to the window. Most of all, their bed is sooooooo comfortable that I have really good sleep for two nights.

Beautiful hotel, and staff were amazing. Had a great stay in our favourite part of town!! Comfiest bed ever! And a complimentary bottle of bubbles for my friends birthday. Just lovely. Was a little disappointed the breakky buffet was too busy, we missed out on attending. We were turned away. In room breakky was nice, but was looking forward to sitting in the restaurant and enjoying breakky.

Good spread at breakfast. Child Friendly. Rooms were large and comfortable. Luxurious. Sleep was good. Service was excellent. Carpark at the Convention centre was convenient. Shopping at DFO was great.

Stayed there because we had stayed at their Singapore facility ans were very pleased with that experience. This is an excellent facility with friendly and helpful staff and a convenient location. It is adjacent to the Melbourne Convention Center. Location as good with many restaurants and other places within an easy walk. Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel averages around $65AUD.

We stayed for 3 days in a family room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed for our daughter. Hotel is great, location is next to DFO and Melbourne Convention Centre in South Wharf. However you should walk quite a bit to get to the nearest tram stop to get to CBD. Buffet breakfast is also great, with many choices of meals available. Will be back to this hotel for our next visit!
