Our kids love staying here, so much to do and local to everything, easy to walk to the main stretch and the food and atmosphere is great !

This is a kids paradise, the staff are great, the amenities for kids are great, probably 12 and under. We were in the Cleo wing it's old and dated and sort of felt dirty, but bed very comfortable. If u have young kids they will love it but if not for the staff and amenities I would of walked out after seeing the room

Great place to stay with kids, plenty of activities and things to do. Staff are great ,rooms OK although in the superior room there is no sink or taps for washing cups or filling kettle ,has to be done in bathroom.. The place good do with an upgrade on certain things such as elevator is old and noisy and we good hear it all night. Parking wasn't included in price and costs extra. Food in Cafe and snack bar is pricey

The hotel is nice and it’s made for kids. However I gave it a 3 star as we had a cockroaches problem in our room even after they did their pest control. Otherwise nice place for families with young kids

It is a beautiful resort”

It is a lovely resort, so clean and staff are lovely to talk too and so helpful and really patient as we came with a 4 yr old, who was bound to have mood swings and have very undecided moments, but they were patient and reassured me it’s ok. Dislikes you now only get 1 free kids club session for you whole stay, where it was one session free each night you stay. Also no wifi in the rooms only in the public areas. It is quite expensive to buy at the shop, but it is easy to have it at the resort, for emergencies. The pipes in the rooms are really loud when you turn them on, and when I turned off our shower it made our kitchenette sink drip, I also wished there were microwaves in the room, as we had to throw away a lot of food, as we had left overs but no way of rewarming it. However with that said it is somewhere I will come back too.

Very unpleasant place”

The room was in need of updating, the bathroom was terrible. The toilet needs replacing, the shower was inconsistent with water temp., the toilet paper holder was attached with missing screws to the back of the door, the taps hammered. The parking was not arranged yet still charged $20.00, although they did say just park in a disabled spot... There was an alarm sound at 5am Sunday morning that no-one could explain. Upon arrival it take over 45mis just to check in - never would we stay here nor recommend.

We took our 4 children around 16yrs ago and we loved it then but we decided to take 2 of our kids back one whom has our grandson I must say we were very disappointed to start paid way too much for one night only to find out you have to pay for nearly everything but the pool with the prices you are paying they that should cover everything I think staying at a cheaper hotel and paying for wet and wild would have worked out cheaper

Convince location- not far from everything walking distance/short drive I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for the cleanliness for the resort room - a good clean is needed, mould build up over the bath silicon tiles. The carpets are disgusting (if you have a small baby I wouldn’t recommend letting them crawl around them) And our room smelt like cigarette smoke the whole time (we are not smokers) The play grounds/ pools are very good, especially if you have children 4+ that don’t need assistance going down the water slides I personally feel the restaurants where over priced for what they where. Over all, not the worse but not AMAZING.

Hotel doesn’t have enough car park for al the guests, We didn’t tell by Agoda about the car park and book in advance. Breakfast was included continental food as d was not include hot food.

Kids loved it!”

Stayed in the new refurbished rooms which were nice and comfy. Loved that we never really needed to leave the resort and the kids were sad that we had to check out.

Activity Central for the entire family!”

Super fun for the kids loads of activities great pools the entertainment staff are absolutely amazing! Kids club that the kids rave about say no more. Reasonably price food for the family not a big fan of the restaurant due to one of the staff members being not so customer focused but I couldn’t speak more highly about all the other staff and facilities.

Children’s paradise”

A great place for children and families. The water park is exceptional. The spa was very difficult to use as very overcrowded the whole time. A lot were in there for great lengths of time drinking hate to know where the pee was going they never got out. The activities were plentiful and fun. The lifts were very slow during departure times, and the arrival and checkout system could be improved with a staff member greeting you in the driveway with advice on how to unload your luggage and checkin. Also the guest rooms are quite outdated certainly needs a refurbishment. Other than had a great time.

When we checked into our room found that the whole curtain rail was hanging off the ceiling and unable to close the blinds. In the bathroom the shower soap dispenser had been spilt all down the side of the bottle (caked on and old like addams family style!) and down the side of the bath. I informed reception they sent a maintenance man to fix issues, but when we returned to our room only half the blind could be closed. yet they failed to inform me that it couldnt be fixed. when i returned to reception they found the notation on file that it couldnt be fixed so I was offered to change rooms. The restaurant forgot to serve our drink. Ice skating only open certain times. Kids club closed by dinnertime. Don't recommend a one night stay. Resort rooms in need of a big update.

There was stuffy smell when we entered the room. The lights were dim and there were very little amenities, no slippers were provided and we had to swap towels after using the pool. Facilities were very old as well, seriously not worth the money. Not to mention, there were cockroaches in the room that frightened our son. Requested for refund but hotel did not approve. Service is not on par. Waste of time and money spent. Overall, we would definitely not recommend staying here.

Many activities for kids, however some at a pricey extra cost for the amount of time. Rooms are quite dated and worn but we weren't there for the accommodation

It’s our first time and we are indeed satisfied with place. Everything is in one place no need to go out of the resort unless you want to go to the beach which is just 3minutes away. We can’t wait to come back.
