Awesome Stay for Sinulog 2019”
We booked this hotel for Sinulog this year and i tell you, Pillows made our Cebu Sinulog experience more than what we were expecting! We had a great time and we had a place to get back to that was very comfortable and we felt very safe. Favorite points: 1/ Breakfast meals are delicious and it had big servings! 2/ Our room was very spacious and clean! 3/ The Hotel had massage chairs at the lobby that made the end of our days feel relaxed! 4/ Staff were very helpful and courteous. 5/ Best part was the Sinulog kit on the day of the Grand parade, it had tissues, alcogel, sweet treats, water and head wear that was really cute! Overall, my husband and I would definitely recommend this hotel! :) More power and job well done PILLOWS!

We loved that the hotel is super clean. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. We have to leave so early in the morning some days so they provided us with super yummy chilled sandwiches for take out which is really nice. Also near fuente osmena which is near to different accessible transpo. Also the staff were really friendly. Not actually a drawback but there's no slippers provided and we were expecting a mini fridge(something they could add may be in the future). Overall, we enjoyed the facilities: breakfast, cleanliness of the room and many channels on the tv hahaha. We moved to a bnb in mactan for our last two days and kinda regret it because we missed the hotel haha (service and ambience). Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to cebu :)

Affordable, Safe Location and Clean . . . Recommended!”
It is a small building but the rooms are modern, clean and staff are attentive. Though breakfast is not included nearby restaurants/coffee shops are available. 10 minutes walk to the busy street where shops, malls, pasalubong center (Shamrock), mercury drug (for your basic snacks, drinks, meds, etc.) and restaurants. 20 minutes walk to Larsian and Sky walk/jump. Very good location indeed! Stayed in October-November 2018

Value for money - a personal favorite hotel in Cebu”
Pillows is a small cosy hotel at a good quiet location just 1-2 minute walk from the main street so it’s not too noisy at night but still very convenient. There’s KFC, Jolibee, McD etc at a walking distance - even close to the famous Pungko2 sa Fuente. Only one jeepney ride away from most attractions. The staff are all so warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile. The guard and the front desk staff especially made me feel right at home. The pillows are adequately fluffy and the room was cosy - I was upgraded to a big cosy bed and a toilet big enough to dance in 😅 I had 4 pillows to myself which made me so happy! they have a smoking area at the rooftop in the 7th floor which was a nice surprise. On the second day the room cleaner provided me everything I needed without being asked and did it nicely too. Fresh towels, extra toilet paper, water etc. Breakfast was delicious and had big servings, you can have it delivered to your room for a small feel. My room had no window and I can hear people faintly talking outside the corridor sometimes but it doesn’t really matter because I still had an exceptional experience. Would definitely come back again. Value for money and a true gem!

Good location! Walking distance to Fuente Osmena Circle which is close to Robinsons Fuente. I had money exchange inside the mall. And there are McDonald's, Jolliebee, pharmacy...etc nearby. 10/10 location and 10/10 friendly staff. Compact size of rooms but clean and comfy. Glad I made the right choice.

It was my fiancee's birthday. I emailed the hotel saying that I wanted to lay on a treat for her and they really did everything they could. A lovely group of people, I'm very grateful to them. My fiancee said that the hotel was clean and she enjoyed her stay. It's quite near the Osmena Circle.

Great location very close to Osmeña circle and a lot of daytime attractions. The room was very clean with hot shower air con nice bed and pillows. Bathroom is very clean with italian shower. Perfect stay, staff is good and helpful

Our go to place in Cebu. Great value!!!”
We have stayed in Pillows 4 times in the last year whilst travelling around the Philippines. We have enjoyed each stay. The rooms are clean and everything works fine. Good selection of TV channels. Good breakfast and pleasant and efficient Staff in all areas. Rooms are not equipped with mini fridge or kettle for tea/ coffee but no problem for us. For what we paid I thought it was excellent value. Location is near Osmena Fuente Circle, lots of shops and restaurants. If you are travelling from or to the airport or ferry port it can take over an hour by taxi as traffic is busy and slow. Would recommend Pillows!

Suggest ko lng mas mganda pg meron electric kettle s room like other hotels ..pra pg like mo mg coffee or tea di n kelngan tumawag s front desk..tsaka un ngdala ng mug with hot water walang stirrer..bka kko nklimutan lng.anyway,all in all okay and i ll book here when ill be in cebu again

The room is so spacious. It has 2 pillows per pax. The bed and pillow is comfy. The ceiling is quite high, that gives better room ambiance. The bathroom is good. It has toiletries. The location is easy to locate. Very near Fuentes circle and Larsian. The staff are accomodating and pleasant. The food is superb but quite pricey.

Good Safe Stay at Pillows”
We have used Pillows Hotel the last four visits to Cebu City. They are a quiet, clean and safe hotel to stat at. Very close to Osmania Circle. Lots of fast food eateries and a a large Robinson's within 5 minutes walking. They are still doing upgrades repairs as a result of a receint typhoon so the dining room was closed to eaters. A free breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. When we needed additional pillows, towels and other items, the staff always delivered them to our room. The AC was plenty cold. The Skype TV channels was the basic package. There is a security guard at night posted outside. Staff was always friendly to us. Overall, very happy with our stay.

This hotel is ran very well and efficiently. The building is close to shops, bars and restaurants. But its in a quiet street, so you won't be disturbed. Breakfast is cooked to order and presented beautifully. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I've stayed here 3 or 4 times now and I'll continue to stay here when I visit Cebu.

The lady who checked us in was so kind and understanding when we checked in at 6AM. Their service standards were impeccable and were a true reflection of the warmth and hospitality of Philippines. Would have been better if they could provide a kettle and laundry service. But overall it was a great stay!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is too tasty. The room is very clean. The only problem we have is the wifi connection. But its okay since were outside of the hotel most of the time.

The pillows were very soft and the blankets were thick and nice. Overall we loved the breakfast which was delicious. One of the best hotels we've stayed into and near fuente osmeña circle with lots of food choices. The price is also cheap but the staff and services we're all very good.
